Zamasu has reached that point where he does not really have a place to go to. And he cannot get back to the place he knows and contacting Gowasu is absolutely impossible. It is quite obvious that he really dislikes it here and what he dislikes most of all are those mortals who do dare to approach him. The type that speaks to him as if he is beneath them. And the last time he checked gods were far above mortals.
"You demand what from me?"
There is a hint of disbelief in his voice when they ask him to hand over the earrings he is wearing. And after that he decides not to wait or to debate over how bad it is to raise a hand against them. For a moment he narrows his eyes, raises a hand and suddenly the culprits find themselves being blown away. One slams into a house and the second tumbles through the streets until they get up and start to run.
Well, no, there is no running away now...
B: Everglade - Holy Diver]
The first thing that tumbles right through the door is a man. The one that follows is an angry looking Kai who is quite determined to make sure that this particular sinner will receive his punishment. Now he would not dare to kill. Killing is pretty much a taboo. But his anger is real and to him acting like this is more than righteous.
And really, he does not care that he is entering a building full of mortals and to be fair, he does not care about the ruined door either.
"It is not that you can escape a god's justice."
Zamasu speaks with a firm and very stern tone.

So he appears, in a place that's very much not intended for children. At the moment, he's consciously suppressing his energy to the degree that he would if he was trying to hide in plain sight from his own kind. For all anyone knows, it looks like a child just showed up in Holy Diver without adult supervision.
His eyes widen when he sees where that emotion is coming from. "Oh, it's the weirdo from the debates! Are you causing trouble to test if the Guardian candidates can stop you?"

[Insert displeased angel.]
That was uncalled for!
[And she rushes towards the one slammed to the house, making sure he's okay, and even healing the mortal with healing magic.]
