Option 1 OTA

The Doctor decided to play a bit of hooky with the snow because it made him feel well that there is still something he can appreciate or maybe he was gaining his appreciation back. Either way; he's walking casually with his long brown coat open to where Ten and Rose had build Parson Brown (with tentacles) together a few days ago.

When there's movement in the corner of his eyes - wait. Did their snowman just move? Ten has grown to never like movement in the corner of his eyes.

The Doctor continues to pretend that he hasn't seen anything - that is until he does trick the snowman and caught the snowman moving as someone quickly swings around.

"I'm The Doctor. Who are you? What do you want?"

Parson Brown shows his teeth. Which Ten is quite sure he didn't create teeth.

"Go back from which you came now. This is your last chance leave everyone here in peace."

Which apparently, this snowman wasn't one to reason, and The Doctor takes out his sonic screwdriver and uses sound waves focused and directed at Parcel Brown and Parcel Brown implodes.

Ten slowly approaches the snow chunks and carrot and stick arms and coal - which slowly begin to pull itself back together.

After Parson Brown is taken care of; The Doctor is flying his Tardis to the different areas (Nova, Attleton, Everglade, Fayren and Genessia) in search of snowmen attacking others

[She's laughing. That's so cute! :V You'd think after so many years and planets and dimensions she'd get used to that NOT being a funny good thing but... NOPE.]

And he didn't say Happy Birthday either.

Still trying to work out the why. And the how to stop.

Why stop? Is he on an alien marrying spree?

[Ten doesn't answer right away; Rose hears a certain chilling laugh and snow shuffling of the snowmen circling around The Doctor and pelting slushy ice balls missing and hitting him and the creepy laughter getting closer and closer. That's when Rose hears a high pitch sonic noise and snow imploding and the sound of running through the snow]

Attack of the Deranged Mutant Snowmen

[Which is when someone gets caught on his coat by branch hands or grabbed rather and the sound of running stops and the sounds of snowmen walking inches closer and closer]

Alright, you've got me. I surrender.

[Which the snowmen don't stop even if someone surrendered]

But I surrendered!

[Then his device clicks off]

Somewhere in Genessia City, the Doctor might spot what looks like a pack of snow monsters attacking someone with a familiar and distinctive mane of red hair. When he landed and came out to get a closer look, however, he'd soon see that despite their numbers, the snow monsters seemed to be the ones at a disadvantage, as Lea tossed a fireball at the nearest one, melting it into a pile of slush. A number of similar, slowly freezing slush piles nearby show that Lea has been busy.

[Action girl Rose goes running, her TARDIS "war" bag at the ready, and her cellphone can do a single taser shot usually for disabling cyberman, but snowmen can do, and hairspray and lighter, and she gets bungee cords as a lasso.]

DOCTOR!!!

[By the time Rose gets there; there are a dozen snowmen; including the one 10 and Rose made a few days ago. They have already rolled up The Doctor to look like one of them; however there is a snow! Doctor that isn't The Doctor and that turns to look at Rose]

Uh... they turned you into snow???

Should I run so you don't turn me now?

The Doctor, meanwhile, can be seen running along with his Charmander and using Ember on the snowmen.

The fireball tossed nearby does get both of their attention of who else is here. Charmander looks in 'aw' of Lea and feels the need to compete and do better.

The Doctor, on the other hand, doesn't seem fazed, quite possibly because he's seen 'magic' used by others here already.

"All this time and you never told me?" Someone teases.

The Snow! Doctor turns to Rose but doesn't go after her. Rather extends a hand; asking her to join him. The other Snowmen with their coal eyes seem to be gleaming evilly.

[HESITANTLY TAKES HIS HAND.]

[She's Rose. She'll always take the Doctor's hand, even when it's a snow double.]

[The snow!Doctor then goes to lead Rose in a dance. Meanwhile, one of the snowmen that 10 is rolled up as is very slowly starting to melt with the help of his sonic screwdriver]

[Giggles and dances along!] You're so silly, you know that?

So were you able to communicate, or didja have to be one with them?

Not helping. He was alive in the song, too.

Lea grinned as he saw the Doctor and his Pokémon come running up. "Must've slipped my mind," he said. "Good to see you, Doctor. And who's your little friend here?"

"Oh wow. I didn't know you could create alive snow." Apparently a small youkai had followed him out. She was dressed in white instead of yellow with a heavier velvety green skirt with stockings. Her shirt was lined with fur instead of frills and a heavy capelet was covering her shoulders all the way down to her elbows. Her hat was also sporting a white ribbon instead of the usual yellow.

"How do you do that anyway?" She looked about ready to start poking the reforming snowman. Which was no doubt a terrible idea.

Dumbledore watches the snowbeing implode with something like an impressed look on his face. With a small smile, he puts away his wand, which he'd whipped out in case Ten needed assistance.

"Well, he seems to be well taken care of."

And he's alive here. Except he's not a jolly old soul.

There's a head nod; at least someone looks sober and not as glum as someone was at the party.

"This is Charmander."

Then clicks his tongue because it's obvious that defeating the snowman like this isn't his favorite way. What's the other way? What is he missing?

"Festive." There's a warm smile to greet Koishi; and spots her outfit and someone's aura (namely The Doctor's) doesn't seem as glum as it has been for months.

Which at her remark, turns serious. "Wasn't me." And he's watching the broken snow starting to move.

"Sonic screwdriver."

"Better idea. Why don't we run?"

Ten still is holding his magic wand or sonic screwdriver rather; pointing at the snow and there's no smile because he doesn't take enjoyment in doing what he just did.

"Why and how?"

As the sonic screwdriver makes another buzzing sound as its scanning a part of the snowman for information.

"Why? It's just snow." She had a point. It was soft and fluffy and not all that bad. But it also wasn't usually alive and murderous.

"Do you want me to try and kill it? Or do you want to be friends with it?" Koishi meanwhile was just ignoring the snow monster. She seemed open to attack but then again she had pretty amazing reflexes. Still it was probably a bad idea to turn your back to a snow monster.

"Because it was alive and murderous." Or Attack of the Deranged Mutant Snowmen but Ten was rather sure she wouldn't get the Calvin and Hobbes reference.

"Already tried to talk reasonably with it."

Which is when the snowman completely resembles and lungs at Kioshi in a rage. Clinging clawy twig fingers and snow teeth.

"Behind you!"

Ten points his sonic at the sound wave setting to break it apart once again

"Nice to meet you, Charmander," Lea said. Then turning his attention to both the Pokémon and the Doctor, he said. "You know, once things have quieted down a bit, I'll have to introduce you guys to my two, Fireball and Buster. I'd invite you to bring Charmander along for the party, but things'll be a bit crowded in my apartment as it is." He glanced apologetically at Charmander. "Sorry, little guy."

The Doctor might not enjoy defeating the snow monsters, but Lea is clearly in high spirits. "Oh hey, Doctor," he said. "You got some of those stones that weird shopkeeper was handing out, right? Cause I've got some extra if you don't; you'll need them if you actually hope to make a dent in these things' numbers."

Why didn't you just say "Evil Snowmen"???? Where?

[Since when does The Doctor straight talk?]

Going to check the other areas if the same thing is happening all over or not

Charmander. Which translates to likewise.

Char- Charmander. Char?

Which translates why not when Lea comes over to the Tardis?

Ten, meanwhile looks at Lea along the lines of what stones and weird shoe keeper.

"Whut shoekeeper? Where?"

She most certainly wouldn't get it unfortunately.

"Oh. That's too bad. I like making new friends."

The warning was appreciated but it did seem Koishi was paying attention. She turned as the words were being spoken, loosing a red, jagged bolt of thought. Hate. Despair. Pain. All the darkest parts of the human psyche were in that blast along with a decent amount of force and heat. Her danmaku would have likely been enough kinetic force to break up the snowman but it had attacked with true hostile intent. So Koishi retaliated in kind.

And though it wasn't directed at him, 10 could probably feel the edges of that blast from where he was standing. It was not pleasant but certainly tolerable.

"I don't think humming will work Mister Doctor. I'll keep you safe, okay?" It was a sweet thought even if what the Doctor usually dealt with was significantly worse than some killer snowmen.

There were very few times that he's seen Koishi be serious and this was one of those times and seeing the snowman parts scattered again - "No. It was to buy me some time. Until I found a solution and I think that's all you may have done as well. Is buy us some time to find a solution.

So, why don't we get running?"

Which Ten is already on the mark with - back to the Tardis of course. However, on the way they will come across more snowmen that have just appeared overnight.

The Doctor is remained of the ghost!spirits that one summer where you had to drown them.

What is the solution here? It's not something obvious that's for sure.

"There seems to be quite a few of them," Dumbledore muses. "A friend mentioned they had attacked her earlier, and now there seems to be an ever-increasing number of them roaming about."

Lea can guess the first bit of what Charmander is saying easily enough from context. The rest is a bit more puzzling though. "Sorry," he said. "I've gotten fairly good at interpreting what Fireball and Buster are trying to tell me, but it's a little tougher with you. " He considered a moment. "Though if you can't come to them, maybe they could come to you. Is that it?"

Lea's attention is soon drawn back to the Doctor though. "Over near the entrance to the Bay, and the Commonspace," Lea said. "There's this kinda weird-looking guy who has a stall set up, giving out these stones." He pulled a pouch out of his coat pocket and opened it so the Doctor could see the small stones it contained.

"After you destroy the snow monsters, sometimes you'll see this kinda wispy spirit," he said. "That's what animating these things and holding them together. You throw one of the stones at the exposed spirit, and it captures it. You don't do that, it'll just reform the snow and try again. Kinda like Heartless if they're not beaten with a Keyblade."

Serious Koishi was quite scary indeed. But she is quite relaxed after the blast, smiling at 10. Though the edges of her left eye were stained dark. A crack in her cutesy human mask.

"I'll follow you, okay? Don't worry." She zipped up and forward, doing a little twirl in the air. With Koishi in tow making it back to the TARDIS would be easy. Each snowman was treated similarly; a lance of pain and misery to evaporate a good bit of snow and scatter what was left. By the time they reached the TARDIS the little youkai was rubbing her left eye, some of the nerve damage from her old injury visible near her temple. Despite this she didn't seem too worse for wear.

"That's a lot of snow Mister Doctor." But they were safe now and free to work on a solution.

[The snowman Rose is dancing continues too. The snowman the actual Doctor is trapped within - suddenly explodes due to sonic sound wave blast. Ten looks at them hard]

This is only warning. Go back now from which you came.

[The question is what will the snow Doctor do to Rose now?]

"Yes." He's tasted the snow; doesn't taste any different and has been running around the different areas to see if there are any rifts and checking the comm device. Where did they come from?

Ten eyes over at Albus - a what do you think, look.

The Doctor inwardly groans that it's spirited again. However, decides to make a mad dash for that area Lea just mentioned. After all, need to question a certain someone. Also, hope Lea doesn't mind that Ten grabbed a stone quickly to lick and take off with.

Once inside The Tardis; The Doctor gently holds Koishi to see what is wrong with her eye.

"Let me take care of that." Ten remarks gently.

With a small, wry look, he says, "I imagine this is one of the oddities of this place come to taunt us once more." Nodding at the snow, he adds, "I imagine in a few days' time, this will all be normal again. Until then, we simply have to deal with it as it comes."

"Ah...?" She blinked in confusion. Ten would have to move Koishi's hat to see the root of the problem. The scar above her left temple was clearly far more severe than Ten first realized. It had not been caused by a clean cut and it showed. Ragged black lines creeping down from it, visible just beyond her hairline. Likewise the edges of her left eye were equally dark, the glow flickering some.

"I'm okay Mister Doctor." She did seem unhurt but... "It's from when I closed my eye. It's hard to look human when I use my powers sometimes." She closed them both for a moment, opening to reveal black scleras. The green glow really popped in contrast. Well, if her left would just stay lit. They came with subtly sharpened teeth. Enough to where Ten got the impression Koishi hadn't completely changed...

"See? I'm fine." A pause. "The snowmen though..."

Hey at least they're not after people's hearts, right? Lea shakes his head in amusement at the licking but doesn't try to stop the Doctor from running off to check things out. Getting answers and figuring stuff out is what the Doctor is good at, after all.

And Lea? He'd do what he was good at too. He readies his Keyblade as another snow monster begins to form nearby.
