[There was only one person in the world who wouldn't get tired of beansprouts, and it sure wasn't Mirai. Sure she saw the value, it isn't exactly like the team was rolling in cash most of the time. But there was what was logical and there was what her stomach told her, and it frequently informed her that no, it wasn't too fond of another meal best served to a rabbit.]
R..right, I won't do anything stupid, I promise.
[She's not scared of bumps, bruises, cuts and perhaps minor burns, but she was pretty fond of not being dead, and would very much like to continue enjoying that. This is of course why its a little bit concerning to be left in the room with that little puppy. She might be adorable now, but eventually she might consider Mirai a snack. That is at least as scary as a yoma!]
W..who's a good little doggie that definitely doesn't want to eat me? Mirai is your friend. Frieeeeeeend. Can you say...of course you can't, you're a dog.
[It would be almost comical seeing someone so concerned about such a cute little thing if they didn't know what it was supposed to grow up into.]
Okay, the best way to deal with animals is to be nice and calm and show them you don't mean any harm. Its just a harmless little puffball now, after all.
[She was already settled in, and smart enough to avoid making any sudden moves. With an exaggerated amount of carefulness, she slowly extends one of her hands towards the little animal. Let it get used to her now and she won't end up in its belly later!]
