A Gallifreyan Christmas Miracle! [backdated to Christmas morning]
[OTA, TARDIS Resident Only, and Invited Guest prompts under the cut!]
[ACTION 1 - Residents of the 10th, 11th, and 12th Doctors' TARDISes]
Those who live in any of the TARDISes would be awakened (at least, potentially) by the sound of a single BONG of the Cloister Bell--not a catastrophic alarm, but an announcement throughout the ship that a major task had been completed, and anyone on board should be prepared to deal with the consequences thereof.
[ACTION 2 - OTA]
In the park in Genessia, a shimmering hemisphere can be seen about a hundred meters across, with the three TARDISes located at equidistant points around the equator as though they were holding the sphere in place, their doors oriented outward for easy access. Of course, the doors aren't just left open, but anyone can knock!
[ACTION 3 - Residents and anyone invited in]
In each console room, the main entryway is still there--but another has been added sometime during the night, right next to it, this one surrounded by a doorframe inscribed with the lyrics to the Carol of the Bells... in Circular Gallifreyan. Outside the main doors, a familiar open park in Genessia; but through that new doorway...
The new doorway in each console room opens onto a large room with a huge window overlooking the view down a mountainside, standing above a plain of red grass and bounded by a silver-leafed forest. To any of the Doctors, it would certainly be familiar: their childhood home, halfway up Gallifrey's somewhat milder and less barren equivalent of Mount Everest. In that room are three police box TARDISes, each with a door leading to that TARDIS's console room. Exits lead out to the rest of the house, and farther out to the mountainside, including a distant view of a domed city... or, on second glance, a huge, domed Christmas tree.
Someone has clearly made a few changes.

[If he'd been less excited about Doing The Thing, he might have stopped to set up a filter, but what the hell, what's the worst that can happen?]
Merry Christmas!
[The Doctor grins as he makes the announcement, wearing a floppy Santa Hat although without any of the other regalia.]
Hello, everyone, Scrooges and Saint Nicks alike, the Doctor speaking, happens I've got a bit of a treat for you all, well, for anyone who knows me and who's interested, took a bit of doing, but managed to cobble together a special treat, haven't really got around to arranging for one of those archways, so I figured I'd make my own, right here, sending coordinates now.
[His attention leaves the camera for a moment, and just as he says, the transmission includes the coordinates to the park. He pauses a second, then looks to the camera again with a more wistful smile.]
Something I'd have loved the chance to show, oh, a few of you, Jenny, make sure you don't miss it, Martha, too, Sarah Jane, especially, all of you lot, honestly, we've only got--
[He takes just a second to peek at his wristwatch.]
--oh, just a little under two hours, so best we enjoy it while we can, just through the new doors in the console rooms, don't be late, and don't hesitate to bring a friend if y'like!

If no one else was interested, I wouldn't mind. It's been a while since I've been back, at least to this part of the world.

[So "Norm" gets a giant beam, as she offers him a hand of wiggling fingers.] All right then! Let's go!
[Plus since she'd given him tours-ish of Genessia and the cities, she knew how the Doctor liked to be the one giving the tours and in control instead, so it makes Rose happy that he's able to be more in his comfort zone, as much as his home planet could be called that anyway.]

It feel quite nice out, almost like summer... now then, Rose. Welcome to Gallifrey.
[He'll make a grand, sweeping gesture with his free hand, one that takes in the distant landscape (including the tree inside the Citadel, that really was a nice touch he has to admit).]

Rose! Rose! It's Gallifrey!
[Then Eskimo kisses her]
I get to show you, Rose!

The TARDIS lets her in without using her key and she's standing in the console room staring out at the view that could only be Gallifrey. ]
