[he opens as he usually does as of late, playing something on his guitar. At least in this case he's standing on the roof of the TARDiS somewhere in Fayren by the lack of light pollution against a field of stars. He seems to be playing to an audience but there is no one around. Still, when he finishes he takes a bow and straightens, pointing at the camera]

Music. Makes the people come together.
Music makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel. [he grins] Sometimes a little of both if you play your cards right.

There must be more musicians out there than just the ones signed on to the agencies. I know. I've played with some of you. But who else is there? Anyone arrived recently who wants to throw their heart on the stage? It's not a bad place to be if you can get it.

Anyway I'm thinking of starting a collective of up and coming musicians. Just because I'm bored. Not much to do when they take the sky from you.

But it would be nice to know who you are at least. Reconnect. See who are together.

[he shrugs. Paces]

Or maybe just to have a cup of coffee.

[he plays a little aimless tune and is about to go before he remembers]

Oh! For all those who follow me in class, look for a tough assignment at the end of the month. Wear parkas and prepare for a little bit of what I'd like to call wilderness survival. [he grins] Like most of your distant ancestors did it. Should be fun. Visitors welcome and lecture to follow.

And I don't want to join myself; I'm not a musician. But I did want to recommend my friend Hector, who is one, if nobody else has. He's a great guitar player and a pretty cool guy all around. A bit like you in that regard, except more skeletony and with a different accent.

I don't have an accent I have an inflection. And of course Hector is welcome. He's brilliant. Though I haven't quite figured out how he manages to drink and not water the floor.

Ah no. We are not chaotic evil here. Or at least that's not my quote unquote brand if I had such a thing. If you're going to go into brainwashing and laughing to dramatic lightning flashes, it might be better to look anywhere else.

But might I suggest seeing others as equal rather than minions you can control?

I'm a demon. Chaotic evil and treating people as minions is kinda in my blood. Literally. Besides, it's more reliable to just buy loyalty than be all friendship and rainbows.

Though I wouldn't be opposed to everyone cheering and throwing money at me as a pop idol.
