[Haruka doesn't realize she's just bumped her device- sitting on the table next to her- and turned it on. Looking at her wallet a bit grimly she let out a small huff.]

Looks like I'm running low....

[Her brows crease a bit with worry. She's been holding off on getting a job because giving in and playing along wasn't her style. But this was looking worse and worse by the minute.]

Ah....wha-what should I do I wonder. I've never had to work for money....like really work. I dont suppose it would be that hard.

[Still dressed in her male school uniform, she leans forward and puts her head into her arms, resting on the table- glaring in an accusing manner at the cup of tea in front of her.]

Maybe work on cars? I dont think they do sponsorship here-... this is too much thinking.

[She had a job to do- and that was find a way home. Back to their world. A way back for her and the young scouts....for their princess....and most importantly...back to Michiru. Haruka scratched her head in irritation.]

Ahhhgghhr....I'm not a leading academic or anything, why is this so difficult?!

[Sadly, she was realizing was real life was like for those who didn't get sponsors right out of high school .... it was a lot harder then she initially thought- though the toughest part was actually going out and looking and she'd been avoiding that since she arrived.]

Took you longer to use up all your money compared to me. How did you manage that?

[There is probably an obvious reason for such a thing. Minako spent all her on comics and lots and lots of food that probably really wasn't necessary.]

I think there might actually be a place here that does the whole fixing car thing.

Ah. Really? Might go check the place out....do you know if they might be hiring?

I'm not sure, I just remember coming across a place once when I was out and about. I'm sure you could always go there and check.

I've been holding up, had some things happen unexpectedly, but all in all I've managed to pull through. As for the job, hopefully we'll be open this month.

[She already had a big smile specially for Haruka, to cheer her up. Usagi was very sure Haruka felt lonely without Michiru. They were always together.]

You can always be a race car driver around Nova City. But you'd have to know how to drive hovering vehicles. If not, you can go to Attleton to race.

[Because Haruka looked much cooler behind a steering wheel.

However, the pay was lower if the job didn't help improve the life of others. Racing, basketball and any sport paid low.] But they don't pay much. You'll need to find another job if you want to keep your old lifestyle. I think working in a car repair...shoppe? [Was that the name?] can pay you 3 times more.

[Haruka blinks, then smile patiently]

I dont need to keep up my old lifestyle, it was nice but its nothing without people to share it with. But sleeping on a bench in the park is not preferable either.

[though she hadn't quite stooped to that yet]

[she smiles as if to prove a point]

[she answered, looking confused by the sudden outburst. Was sleeping on a bench really a crime or something? She hadn't wanted to spend the money on a place to stay...]

[Haruka's brow twitches a bit as she restrains it from rising.]

Sadly, I've never had a knack for selling things...

You don't have to work at the register or even on the floor. [ miki chuckles warmly. ] There are jobs in the back of the store: stocking, sorting...

[ of course, these are jobs she'd been previously unaware of until she looked into work for herself while here. before, she was just a high school student who was taking modeling jobs here and there, but otherwise didn't really need to work, yet. ]

[Haruka had been the same, having sponsors that paid for both her schooling and her various sports. This entire job thing was completely foreign to her.]
