How's this voice? Ah- [Hana coughed, rubbing her neck] I'll practice that later. -And pretty much! I practiced analyzing the variations of human, practicing, and finally getting a good idea.

What do you mean for..visual qualities? My original form was the first human form I took to look like the humans I looked after. They helped in helping me look like..me~

Robin chimes in a reply, seemingly while out shopping. One of her arm's full of bags and, from the video feed, she seems to be wearing her usual tactician's coat, though she's added a comfortable sweater an some thick, warm pants to the mix to beat the cold...

"Hey there, Hana! It's been a while since we've spent some time together, so I hope you don't mind me dropping my two gold in for suggestions." She then interjects with... "I'll give you some of my thoughts while I'm waiting for the bus, but I'll be glad to give you more specific ideas while I'm on the move."

She takes a minute to settle down her bags on a nearby bench, taking a seat. It'll be a short wait for transit, at this rate. She's finally got used to the routes, after a few months.

"...Is there anyone who you think looks striking or interesting? I'm sure that, for a shapeshifter and a dragon, borrowing a few features isn't much of a problem, right? Humans tend to change up their appearance to impress each other, all the time. I should know." Even slight changes in Robin's hair and personality got her a few odd looks from her comrades, back home, after all. She smiles a little, amused, and decides to give a bit more pointed advice.

"...Experimenting a little with your mannerisms, style and looks can create some drastic effects, but there's always a little something that should set you apart from the others! I'll give you an example: I wouldn't look as recognizable with my coat off, would I? Think about what makes you unique and try building your new looks around that."

[Hana watched eagerly, guessing to herself where the other was.] I don't mind, I always love your wisdom. Just-be careful, you have a lot ah..

[once the other sat down, Hana relaxed, listening and nodding] My kind is able to change at will-a skill that comes in time and age. I'm just trying to get the hang of it with practice.

There's too many people and creatures to count that are interesting. Some are made of metal, some are blue or purple, some have the neatest hair and clothes..! Humans are easy just because I know them and know what they're made of. Mmm..

[She tilted her head to the side thinking] ..Yeah, and on that topic, your coat is so cool! You would be different without it. It would be neat to enhance my regular look..I wouldn't change my base look for the world. This was the biggest gift from my humans~

[The dragon hugged herself, loving this gift and the gift of speech they gave her too]

..Tell me..you're not quite human either, are you? You had quite the familiar scent from my kind. Can you shapeshift?

"...Ah-- well...I know I didn't say much about it, but it's a little more complicated than that." Robin's a bit taken aback by the 'not-quite-human' comment, it seems. She prefers, at least, to stay arm's length away from any mention of Grima... "While I can't really do anything about that...If you really want me to explain it, I can. Only my close friends really know the truth, but I'm sure I can trust you..."

She adjusts herself a little and regains her composure...

"But first of all, since there's a lot of humanoid creatures around, I think it's best you stick to human shapes. Try finding some clothes that you think can speak to the kind of person you are. Since I'm not one for anything too adorned and I'm mostly on the road, my trusty coat's really all I need...Ahaha..." She tries to laugh it off to get rid of some of the tension for a second and shows part of her coat off, with its odd patterns of dark fabric and odd eyes... "...Yes, I've had this coat for as long as I've been...me. All I really know is that this belongs to me. As for why and what I mean - Well, I'm afraid I'm going to be talking a bit longer, if you don't mind..."

"The reason you keep noticing something odd about me is entirely right. Don't get me wrong - I'm a human through and through. But there's a little bit of something else inside of me." She trails off a little before finally getting into the meat of things. The displeased look on her face said all, but she felt, as there was nobody around and no risk from disclosing some of her past to a good-aligned dragonkin like Hana, that she may as well...

"As far as I've read, there were powerful and hostile dragons who emerged in the time of the Marth, a legendary hero of the kingdom that would become Ylisse. And in a land called Valm, across the ocean, it was said there were other powerful dragon-gods who were driven mad and sought to destroy the world. Those stories are just ancient history in our time."

"There was one exception to this rule: Years ago in Plegia, the neighbouring kingdom, a man named Validar belonged to the next in line of an unusual cult. They worshipped Grima, the Fell Dragon, an ancient psuedo-dragon created through some foul dark magic. Though much younger than the evil dragons I spoke of, he was strong enough to rival Naga, the dragon-goddess protecting humanity."

Robin added, looking away from the camera a little and down the road, as if not entirely wanting to look Hana in the eyes... "Grima had one weakness, of course - a human host to anchor him to the world. Validar, despite serving this cult all his life, wasn't up to the task of becoming the next vessel for their dark god. His child, only newly-born, served as the fresh host that the Fell Dragon needed and far too young to make a choice or refuse."

"...And I was that child...." Robin added, perhaps even more downcast than before, her eyes growing a little dull. "I didn't remember most of what went on, but what I do remember is so twisted that I'd rather forget all over again. And I'd hestiate to call that man my 'father'. All that cruel man wanted wasn't a child but a tool. To try and pour some stranger's soul into my body and murder me before I had a chance at life."

That's..horrible..

[Hana listened, wide-eyed and horrified by that whole ordeal. Where could she even start to unravel all of this? Dragons fighting? Being evil? That was a sin so unforgiving to go against any creature as protectors.]

That human is definitely NOT your father, h-he had no right to do that to you, a human-no a person- so filled with life, light, knowledge..so many possibilities..!

[Ashamed of herself, the dragon continued] You are definitely human. I am so sorry to have presumed not so.

[That scent was so enticing-smelled so much like her kind's, the closest one, but why?] You're you, Robin. No one should define your fate like that. And to have lived with such a thing...!

[She was at a lost for words, finding herself riled up]

"You're right. He's not my father. And I'm myself, so I intend to stay that way..."

Robin nods a little, though she still doesn't turn back to face the camera at all. She's a bit overwhelmed by all this, but presses on...

"...That's must've been what my mother thought, when she escaped. I never knew her, but I feel she realized her partner was absolutely mad from the start. Thankfully, whatever rituals that man must've done to me failed...but it left a tiny trace of that evil being inside me. Until the very end of my journey, everything else before that was just a blur."

Robin looks back to the viewport and seems a little less downcast as she continues her tale... "I was found somewhere in a field near Ylisse's capital without any memories. Perhaps it's a blessing from the Gods that I didn't remember all of that for such a long time. But that's when I met Chrom and his friends and made so many along the way. Our journey was long and difficult, Even until the end, none of us gave up."

Ah, there's a genuine smile, with a bit of coaxing...

"...Don't worry about it so much, though, Hana. It's all in the past, now. I had a much better life with my comrade than I did back there. Even this place, as large and confounding as it is...well, I enjoy it. Even if there's a few people missing that I'd really love to see again..."

[Azure has been doing her best to check the device for videos since learning about the presence of another, apparently it was unusual for one not to care for the device. Azure could be seen with books behind her, one may assume she was in a library from the looks of it as she replied to Hana.]

I think you were doing well in appearances and mannerisms, Hana.
