Two Broken Bricks [video]

[The video feed shows Jinbei sitting at a table, sake cup in hand. It took a while, but he managed to find one that suited his size.]

It seems like there were a lot of departures as of late. Unfortunately, Ace and Sabo, my captain's brothers, were among them. Shame that Luffy couldn't be here to see them, but they'll be missed.

[With that, Jinbei downs the sake, setting the empty cup on the table before continuing.]

I probably should have told them more about Luffy's adventures while I was here, but it's probably for the best that I didn't - last I saw, he was taking on one of the most influential people in the world, and preparing to take on one of the strongest, so I'm sure it'd just worry them.

[His serious expression gives way to a hint of nervousness; he's not overly sure about asking for advice.]

I... also had another purpose for making this video. Work has proven to be more difficult than I figured; I've been tasked with showing a zombie woman "the time of her life", and all I know about zombies is that they can't eat anything salty. I'd appreciate any advice that I can get.

Can't say I have. The master of the Fishman Karate dojo placed a lot of focus on discipline, and I went straight from that to joining the royal guard. Not much time to "take a lady out" or anything of that sort.

Hrm... I believe her name is Helga Hammersmark - one of the inhabitants of Everglade. She came to Jolly Eddy's looking for someone to help with that, and I happen to be picked for the job. No idea why...

Aw c'mon, it ain't like the guards has gotta be celibate or nothin'...

[It does occur to Namur that maybe the Royals were that messed up and he just never noticed. But also, while he's proud of who he is and where he's from and that's his King and Queen and he would absolutely fight for them if needed, he also remembers Neptune in particular being full of a lot of shit when it came to the Fishman District, so maybe he was full of shit in other areas as well.]

Anyway it really depends on the 'maid. Get her some drinks an' take her out dancin'. Don't let her bite y' though, or y'll turn int' a zombie too. Which I guess wouldn't suck so much 'round these parts, but 's gonna be a pain in the ass if y' ever get Time Compressioned outta here an' int' some other reality 'gain.

OH! An' y' gotta be charmin'. Make her low key fall in love with y', see? But not so in love with y' that she, y' know. Causes problems later.

Unfortunately, I only really met Sabo here, but I've known Ace for years! We didn't exactly start off on the right foot, but he was a good friend back home. I owe a lot to him, his captain, and his crew.

Eating should be fine... I think. [He figures that zombies probably eat a lot of meat, based on the reputation surrounding them, but all he knows about zombies comes from the ones from his world, which are rather unusual.]

I don't know if dancing will work, though - I've never had the opportunity to practice, so I'd have two left feet.

[As for now, he's got a notepad and pencil, and is in the process of jotting all of Namur's advice down.] This all sounds rather complicated...

Definitely not going to a strip club, but a bar or restaurant could work.

And, er, don't worry - Namur's already gone over that with me, and that's definitely not happening. I'll clear things up if she thinks otherwise.

Usually, dinner is one of the popular things. be it eating out or making a meal at home.

I have no idea how dates work so I cannot say if both parties eat the same thing or different things depending on who they are.
