[Nemuri's been in the city for a bit, and has been exploring on her own, getting the lay of the land. She's a hero, after all, and needs to know a bit about the cities involved in this new place. So, if anyone sees her wandering about, really, she's hard to miss, don't be too alarmed. She's not really that much of a dominatrix, she just looks like one in costume.]

[Nearby in Nova City, the local Guardian happened to be sitting nearby with a set of purple headphones on... and sitting on the back of a man who was handcuffed while a single robotic police unit hovered next to them. Gale was idly tapping through his phone while waiting for a police vehicle to arrive to take the schmuck away, but his eyes suddenly lock onto Midnight. He can't help but gawk for the moment, until he catches himself and clears his throat, pulling off his headphones and resting them on his neck. He waves casually, you know, like he's not sitting on the back of a random thief right now.]

Oh hello, I haven't seen you 'round the city before. You a new face in these parts?

[Yes, he's looking at her face, he knows better!! ... well, for the time being, anyway.]

[Midnight was checking out something on her phone when she heard someone seemingly call out to her. Apparently, it was some guy who was... sitting on someone? With cops?

[So glad the video is focused on her face; so's his video for that matter, although she can probably catch a bit of background. Some kind of workshop-office? All shiny metal and white paint, with a background buzz of machines.]

Some kind of thing in two of the cities that made nightmare-monsters become real. They were fairly single-targeted on the one they belonged to, but defending against them? Sometimes that meant a bit of collateral damage. No casualties thankfully--and apparently someone here is claiming credit for putting it together. It was an 'experiment' according to them.
