[Video] (pretend I posted this at a decent hour)
Is it over? That thing with the monsters, or nightmares, or whatever they were? [He gives a relieved sigh.] I can't blame anyone for still being upset or disturbed by what happened. I understand there's psychological counseling available in several of the cities, though. It's not weak to want to get things off your chest, and you can always talk to someone you trust if you don't want to go to a professional. [With a bit of a restrained but amused smile:] Because I know a lot of you macho types might be avoiding that kind of thing to keep up your image.
[Roland turns the video to pan across a shelf full of herbs growing in little pots.]
In other news, I've got some healing herbs called soreaway from my world that I've been growing as best I can, but with spring setting in, it's time I turned them over to someone who knows what they're doing. I'm not sure how they reproduce, but if we can get them breeding, they'd definitely come in handy. [Please don't just plant them in the ground outside, though, that's how you get invasive species. Granted, it'd be a pretty useful invasive species to have, but... still.] I've heard about a new healing initiative -- it might be helpful for those of us without healing abilities to have something like this on hand, right?
[With the camera back on himself, Roland gives a little wave.]
That's all for now. If you need anything from me, you can always stop by my office in Genessia -- even if I'm not there, someone will take a message for you.

I don't know who was behind it, but it seems this was all some sort of twisted experiment. To say I'm not amused would be quite the understatement.

I have my suspicions, but nothing concrete.

...though unfortunately I don't know the first thing about plants. But I'll talk to others and see if they can help.

You're the one in charge of that new healing initiative, right?
no subject
That would be lovely! Expanding my skills helps me deal with all sorts of situations!

I don't have any healing ability beyond basic first aid myself, but my higgledies have some healing magic that's good enough for combat wounds, at least. You're welcome to call on us if you're short on hands.
no subject
Though uh... higgledies? What are those?
no subject
These things. They're sort of... nature spirits, I guess.
((Higgledies can only be seen by the "pure of heart", but Ni no Kuni 2 has a very loose definition of "pure of heart", so it's up to you if Konoka can see them or not.))
no subject
Oh! They look so cute!
Do they follow you around or do they just do their own thing?
no subject
[Roland leans down to put the higgledy back on the floor.]
That might change if they find someone else they like, but they don't like being alone.

[ Konoka nodded sagely. ]
Maybe I can meet them when you drop the herbs by!

I don't buy that for a second. There's always a choice.
