We humbly invite you to join us at Amatsu, and laze about the cherry trees. There will be fun, food, and games for everyone to enjoy. We hope you will consider us, and join in the festivities of Hanami.

If you are interested in running a booth, or providing entertainment, please message Kiritsugu Emiya or ask for me at Amatsu, and we can talk about compensation.

( note: Want to run a booth? Sign up as a performer? Fight Kiritsugu at his house? You are free to run into him about anywhere! I will be putting up a plotting post in the ooc community, as well, so we can hash out the more technical details of the event if interested. )

I would appreciate that. You could even run a bartending stand if you'd like.

As for entertainment: dancers, singers, musicians. I would prefer any performances to be based on traditional Japanese ceremonies, so anyone willing to adapt and learn. I'm looking for someone to perform tea ceremony, as well.

( He'll do that last one himself if it comes down to it, but cutting down on his duties would be nice. )

To reiterate what we already spoke about: we will have at least one of each of the following food stands:

1.) Yakitori
2.) Takoyaki
3.) Yakisoba
4.) Taiyaki
5.) Dango
6.) Jaga Bata
7.) Kakigori
8.) Ringo Ame
9.) Wata Ame

I have trained the current staff in the preparation of the foods in question. Each stand will require two people to effectively operate--one cook and one aid. If there is outside interest to man the stalls my recommendation is to assign them to stalls 5-9 as the preparations are much simpler in the event that the cook needs additional help.

Do you feel there should be more than one of any of these stands? Are there any additional foods that you wish to offer?

Amatsu is the hotel I run in Fayren, yes. Hanami is a festival, and the tradition of flower viewing in the spring.

( As a deputy, Kiritsugu is a man who mostly keeps to himself. He most certainly isn't meek, but he lacks any initiative to grow close to others, either. )
