[ Video / Action for Castmates ]

[ So the absolute nerve of attacking their guild aside, what may be a surprise to those who were there - and those who were responsible? The day after the battle, what damage done to the guild is restored to like it was never damaged. Strangely, there were no construction workers or people in the vicinity when it happenend. ]

[ Lucy was pacing her way through the guild, checking to see that everything was back to the way it was, before making her way up onto the roof and settling in outside there. ]

All right then. It looks like everything's back to normal - thank the spirits for that.

[ Even the little hut that Natsu had been building was untouched since the majority of the fight had been centered around the main building. She folded her legs beneath her in lotus position, proceeding to do just that - ah, but first..! ]

It's been a while huh? I've been away - [ And she hates the fact that she hadn't been near when the guild was attacked; though since she was with the kids it would be pardoned. ] -

for a bit, so how's about a little catchup on what's been going on outside of Fayren lately?

[ That said she ends the feed, closing her eyes to commune with the spirits that were kind enough to patch up the place. It wont' take long, feel free to drop a message her way. ]

[ OOC: I feel like it's been forever since I last posted something. Anyway, video catchall for any newfolks that arrived, and Video//Actiony catch all for castmates, new and old~~! ]

[He doesn't bother with replying over the network. After the battle and making sure Lucy was nowhere in the ruins of the battle, he'd taken to looking around in the surrounding forest and city for her and the children as well as Regina. So the moment he sees the message, he doesn't even react to the fact that the whole place was completely rebuilt.]

Luuu-Cyyyyy!

[He yells from the gate as he runs over to meet her.]

[ Hearing the voice, and one she had been waiting to hear, to be honest, Lucy opened her eyes and smiled at the sigh of Natsu running to meet her. ]

Natsu!

[ He looked okay, thank god. Still, she got to her feet to meet him halfway, looking him over quickly for injury. ]

[He had a few bandages here and there though most of the healing had been taken care of by Wendy of course after everything concluded. Hopefully Lucy's ready for a damn tight hug because it feels like a lifetime since he had her close like this.]

[ Whoops! For some reason she hadn't expected it - though even a day felt like too long to be away from him lately. Well, not so much lately, but for a while now anyway. Thus when he pulled her into that damn tight hug, she 'oof'ed in surprise, before quickly wrapping her arms around him to return the hug, leaning against him with a deep breath. ]

.. you're okay?

[It's an odd thing really. On one hand he was relieved she was away from that mess of a fight. On the other he had wanted her there with him to have his back like she always did. In the end though he'd settled for knowing she was safe and likely with the others as well.]

Course I am~ Wendy patched me up no problem.

[Though he was doing a lot better now. By the way still not letting go. He's got time to catch up on.]

[ And here she was wishing she'd been there to have his back like she always did. Except instead of being there she had been out with Regina and the children, oblivious to what was going on back at their home. Aaand his not letting go - well she didn't mind it. Never would. He could hold her as long as he wanted; she wasn't letting him go yet either. ]

I should have been here.

[Honestly with the amount of power getting tossed around he wasn't sure he could have actually protected everyone. After all the guild ended torn up and in pieces despite their best efforts.

However he can sense that guilt trip brewing inside of Lucy from a mile away so he pulls away a little and rests his forehead against hers.]

Don't get all sulky on me about that. You're here now and that's good enough for me. Besides you kept everyone else safe in your own way.

[ Well he did know her best. All the same, looking at him this close always took her breath away. The gesture got her attention away from mentally guilting herself over being away when her friends were in danger, and she smiled faintly. ]

Yeah.. I guess you're right. [ She had to admit that much because he was right. Even if he was going to get smug about it. ]

I just came back from seeing Regina and the kids - where were you? [ She thought for sure he'd have been at the Guild waiting for her, and here she wound up beating him to it. ]

[Hey he earned that smugness thank you very much. Though he was relieved to see his words had their intended effect.]

Well we weren't gonna start fixing stuff up right away so after I got healed up I started going around the place looking for you and the others.

[He might have skipped sleep but thanks to his usually fired up nature it wasn't really showing.]

[ Shame on him, skipping sleep. The minute she caught on about that she was making him go get some sleep. ]

Hnn. Well, lucky for us we don't have to fix anything up - not since Fayren's spirits fixed up what was broken and everything. .. it'd be nice if they were able to do something to prevent that kind of thing from happening at all, but they don't get involved with the world to that level.

[Well if she made that demand she could count herself claimed for the rest of the day cause there was only one place he'd get sleep the right way.]

Heeh so this was their doing after all huh. Well we can't be ungrateful. Besides it's our guild. We should've had the power to protect it.

[Master did ask him how magic proof the building was. Now they'd have to figure out ways to fix that particular loophole in case that face painted creep showed his ugly mug around here again.]

Somebody attacked Fairy Tail?

{ He already has his suspicions, but he swears, if it was one of his demons... }

[ That was a very tempting thing she would have an extremely hard time fussing about. And how much sleep would they ge- *bricked* ]

[ She tightened her arms around him in a light squeeze at that sentiment. They should have been able to protect it. ]

Well, we'll make sure t hat something like that won't happen ever again.

[ Magic proofing the building sounded great, but that might be a problem for them as well. Good thing they could fight without their magic too. ]

[ Oh hey dere. She nods firmly with a frown. ]

I wasn't there when they attacked yesterday, but I know aout it. [ Even if she hadn't been told by the Spirits, shewould have found out other ways. ]

It was Kefka- he manipulated our friend, brainwashed her somehow.

[Temptation wasn't always a bad thing ~~I mean what?~~]

You bet we will. They just caught us on the wrong foot this time.

[He's confident they'll do better. Fairy Tail might get knocked down often but they always get back up and hit back twice as hard.]

[ Not always, no! ~~I heard nothiiiiing.~~ ]

Yeah. Absolutely. And I'll be anything the Masters are already thinking of ways to prevent this sort of thing from happening too.

[ Because really, wrecking the guild is old news darnit. And yet it seemed to be the first thing villains go for. When they aren't kidnapping people. ]

[ ... still holding her, yes? She's gonna nuzzle his shoulder gently. ]

Hey, how long are you going to hold onto me anyway? .. not that I mind.

[ She's only half teasing - she liked being in his arms far far too much too ever complain. ]

You bet he is. Just wish he had Freed around to help him. We could really use those runes of his. Though maybe he can set something up with the first. I know she was pretty pissed about that nasty stunt that Clown pulled on Terra.

[And yes of course still holding.]

Mmmmm well I was thinking the rest of the day, think that'd work?

[He's just teasing...hopefully.]

Kefka? { Well, he had to start backing his threats up with action eventually, Zeref supposed. At least it wasn't Marde Guille or Sayla. The last thing he's in the mood for is trying to play Switzerland with Tartarus and Fairy Tail. }

He's repeatedly claimed to be the "God of Magic." He's threatened to remove the ability of others to use magic at all. Was he capable of doing so?

She's not the only one.

[ Grump. She liked Terra, she was sweet! She giggled at his response though, .. assuming he was teasing. .. .right? ]

Oh, is that all? I thought you were going to say forever, but if you want to hold me for the rest of the day that's okay.

[ Answer teasing with teasing, yep. Well she's 20% serious. ]

Yes. I don't know if anyone else was there though.

[ She snorted softly at the latter. ]

He's not any kind of God. He's just a human with a lot of power. He bleeds like anyone else.

[ She's -met- a God, and he was nothing like her. ]

No, he hasn't shown any such ability to do something like that. I'll bet it's just more boasting.

Yeah. We'll have to track her down sometime soon and make sure she doesn't think we hate her or anything.

[That and he did kinda hit her pretty hard during the fighting but hey people who brawled with him on a regular basis probably got off worse than her given her powered up state.]

Well hugging you forever would make doing things, pretty much impossible don't you think? Now if you just want me next to you I think that can be done.

Yeah. Poor thing - I can't believe anyone would use her like that. No wonder she was afraid of magic.

[ She sighed, glancing up at him at his teasing comment, giggling. ]

Weeeell, I guess that it would. Not to mention it'd make people look at us funny to say the least.

[ And they'd get so many 'knowing looks'. ]

Hmm.. well I always want you next to me. [ Grinning a little more - that is a sentiment that is mostly if not entirely serious though. ]

{ Zeref had to resist the urge to scoff. }

I can't say I'm surprised. People like him are all the same. They always have been. I'll let Marde Guille know that he's all talk, like I thought.

{ And that he's, for all intents and purposes, human, too. Even if he's an 'enhanced' one. }

If I'd been near her I would've picked up his stink from a mile away. He just got lucky I wasn't in the hall when he used her.

[He growls angrily before settling back down.]

You say that as if they don't already.

[Oh yeah he noticed. Especially after going official.]

[ Eaasy Natsu, easy~! She gently rubs his back soothingly at the angry growling. ]

Ah..! [ He noticed that? Oh god. ]

[ Yes they do. Sort of. She fails to fight off the blush at the last, glancing away sheepishly. ]

Well... if Erza had really implemented the ruling she had threatened to, I... erm. ..

[ Yeah, she would absolutely have risked Erzawrath to climb in HIS bed for a change. ]
