Good start. But as long as he's with you, he should be. Let him be himself instead of trying too hard to impress you. If you can find a way to help him relax too, it helps. The Doctor The men I've dated usually are at their worst when they build it up and place too much pressure on themselves and try to make things perfect rather than just enjoy the moment with me. If you're having fun, you can usually help him to as well. Common interests or passions helps a lot too.

For dating, I think the most important thing is just to enjoy each other's company. Don't worry about things being perfect, don't get a bunch of expectations in your head. You like this person you're going out with, and the other person likes you. Remember that.
