[Ace is on a mission, absolutely set on finding an answer without harassing Marco about this. Twitterpated isn't a particularly common term, and he doesn't get it at all, it's not something he ever remembers hearing before this week. And it's eating at him, he's frustrated not knowing. He's well aware of his lack of formal education, and a lot of words are lost on him, but he hates feeling like he's stupid because of it.] Okay, so someone help me out here. I tried searching, asking around, and I didn't get any results.
What the hell does twitter painted mean? I guess it has something to do with spring? [Ace sighs.] Look, I couldn't find anything about what birds and paint have to do with anything, so if you? Let me know.

It means everyone is dopey and lovey dovey in Spring. It's worse for birds. And cutesy animals. And anyone sensitive to others' emotions or the atmosphere. Or showoffs. Especially showoffs.
Are you being all twitterpated? Did someone call you that?

[This is what she means by showoffs, btw.]
I might be too. A lot. For you.

Warn me before you're going to say something like that.

No one called me that. [They didn't, but he's also not denying that he's being 'all twitterpated'.]

And it sounds [he brings out his guitar] A little like this.

[Oh, that's beautiful music. Ace doesn't say a word until he stops playing.] It does sound kinda like how love feels.

Maybe Marco would know?
[Since he is a bird and all!]

Yeah, he would. And does. But I didn't want to go to him for help.
Re: [Video]
[Marco is a little weird but he knows what he's talking about.]

It's this form of art where you take a bird, dunk it in paint, and chuck it at a canvas precisely 30 yards away, as hard as you can. Flonne is actually really good at it.
