Hi~

[Rapuznel had switched on the feed and was waving happily, at least for a moment before lowering her hand.]

So... first off since I ran unopposed I guess that means come July I am officially Guardian, so I am free to hold interviews for deputies as well as an executive assistant, which admittedly I don't know a lot about what that position is, but I am learning as I go.

So if anyone is interested please let me know and we can either hold an interview over this device or in person.

[Soon she moved away of the feed, noise being heard as she appears to gather things. Soon she appears back on the feed carrying art supplies before putting them down.]

I have one more question to ask. Something I've been thinking about. I wanted people to remember the Guardians of the past, so I guess I wanted to know about them and paint something. As a reminder of those who have protected us.

So if you know of any of them and would like to talk about that, I'll be more than happy to listen.

Congratulations.

We will be working together. Apart, in our own cities, yet still for a common goal.

This is my first official time as Guardian, however as a Deputy for two years I may be able to give you some advice, should you have questions.

I can also tell you something of Weiss Schnee, a long time Guardian of Nova City. You may have met her before her departure or seen her upon your entry here, as she is the welcoming holo that speaks to all.

I will do my best.

[She probably will have a lot of questions, but she knew to only really ask closer to the time, right now she figured she needed to get herself ready for when it as time. Also to do paintings.]

I believe I remember her, but not personally.

I still need to make more strides though... Like... hoping I can actually manage to do this. I think I can, but who knows.

You know. I don't think you would have applied if you weren't certain you could do it. Even if that feeling is buried, I'm sure it's there.

Maybe. I know I've been trying to help people for a while now, so I know I have some confidence. But that is different than protecting a whole city.

But I will, of course, do my best. If I make mistakes, I will learn from them.

Congratulations regardless! Have you found people to fill the positions yet?

As of yet, no. I admit the ones who are currently working as Deputies I will ask if they want to stay on, but otherwise, no.

What are the hours like for your assistant? I could possibly fill in until you find someone else.

I think it will depend on the person.I believe thier job is to help with paperwork and go between the Guardians so work hours will probably be different to deputies and the guardian themselves

So I guess I'd make it depending on the person how many hours they'd want to do.

I think I could help you. Do you want me to officially apply with resume and qualifications?

I think you would need to do it officially anyway. Then I will make sure to introduce you to the civilians of the city.

Congratulations. Looks like people recognized you'd be an excellent choice for the job. I'd like to apply for the deputy role.

[He feels pretty confident about his odds, given that he's been Rapunzel's senpai in heroics, but even then he won't make assumptions. She'll interview and hire whoever she thinks is best suited for the role.]

That or Attleton is the least popular city. Which I kind of hope is not the case, but I had noticed a theme of no one really applying. Like with the last Guardian. As far as I recall no one but him would.

[Rapunzel knew at least enough to know what he was capable of, so she knew an interview probably was not needed in such a case.]

An interview will not be required since I know you well enough to know you'd make a good deputy.

I think it's more a matter of suitability and the people who chose to run for Guardianship this time around. Attleton is more suited to humans, powered or not, than other species, and specifically to people accustomed to relatively peaceful societies.

[He cracks a big smile.]

Is there any paperwork I need to fill out to get started, then?

Well, I was raised in a tower... Does that count as a peaceful society when that was all I knew?

[Well she knew it wasn't peaceful in the same way, but that was all she knew for 18 years of her life.]

I will have to check about the paperwork, but I think there might be something...

[He'd picked up on Rapunzel being somewhat inexperienced based on how excited she was at little things, but that's...sure something.]

Well...you only knew a peaceful existence, so I suppose it counts. I'll drop by the Guardian office in a couple of hours, so you'll have some time to find out about the paperwork.

That should be enough time at least.

[She knew where the office was at least so it wouldn't take much time for her to even head there to sort it out.]

[Monoma hangs up and makes his way over within the promised time, wearing his hero costume in case she wants him to go on patrols early. Of course, his hero costume just looks like a formal suit, so to a casual observer hanging around the Guardian office, it looks like he's really overdressed for filling out employment forms.]

I don't know if any of them are looking to become Deputies, but several of my teachers and the number thr--two hero within my country are here and would all be excellent choices. Do you want me to give you their names in case any of them apply?

[He's offering both as a pre-emptive job reference, and also because he knows how eager Rapunzel is to learn. He might as well let her know whose knowledge she could most benefit from, since he know she trusts his judgement.]

[Rapunzel had headed over after making sure her Pokemon were at least within their Pokeballs for the moment. She didn't like putting them in there for the most part, but when they wanted to sleep and she needed to travel they tended to end up in there. Or at least Munna did.

When she reached the office she had looked around for the papers before turning around.]

That is always a good idea, more so if they don't and they do hero work here I at least know who it is as well.
