06 | Action in Everglade
[Baldur had been in this world for over a year now and he felt like he at this moment in time had his bearings for how things worked around here. Which he already figured seemed to lean more toward the favor of the good and supposed righteous. But with all the time he had been figuring stuff out, he now had a basic idea of what he wanted to do.
More so regarding Everglade. He hated seeing how it was currently. How... tame it just felt to him compared to back home where people ran wild and were able to be themselves without having many problems. A vampire could drink the blood of another, werewolves could actually hunt but here it just felt like their balls had been chopped off.
So today he felt like the peace needs to be broken, but yet at the same time he knew that he could do it without getting caught. So walking through the city he was keeping an eye out for a good target. A human was probably a good start, cause the tension between both humans and everyone else.
All he needed to do was pass on a little bit of bad luck and he was good to go. Moving to bump into the other he apologized.]
Excuse me, I'm sorry I was a little lost.
[The other seemed fine before walking away, causing Baldur to give a tiny little smile. That was all that was needed.
Within a couple of hours, the guy ended up in an accident involving a vampire of all things. He figured it was only the start to something bigger. But he knew he had some work to do.]
Did you hear about the human attacked by the vampire without warning? isn't that just awful?
Later
[Baldur was rather enjoying causing problems for others in order to reach a better goal he had set himself and he knew to escalate it a bit, fires were in order. His hand lightly traced a building, fire emitting from his fingertips, hoping that it would catch against the building itself. Once it had, he was quick to move on to the next, doing the same again before walking off.
So far so good and he acted like he was surprised as anyone else.]

The fires are put out before they spread with a loudly shouted out spell.]
FREEZE ARROW!
[Maybe if he's really lucky, he'll hit the arsonist full on in the face with one of the ice spells.]
Later
Ah, it seems like the new guardian has decided to help out. Good work.

[Might as well start his investigation by questioning potential witnesses. He can't tell for sure if it was arson or just an accident yet, and he should at least try to be professional. If he decides he hates being Guardian that much, he can always step down in six months or deliberately throw the next election. Depending on what's more amusing to him at the time.]
no subject
[Which was a lie and lying is something he was good at. Though in all honesty, he knew he could pin it on someone too.]
Though for all I know if it was an accident or not, it might not necessarily be obvious, I guess.
