[When the charm quest for Attleton was announced, Memo was left puzzled. Her poor memory combined with a demon's morality leads her to believe the texted order. She is to commit crimes for the next week. This will lead to her wish being granted.

And so, Memo sets to work.]

[The shot opens to a view beyond Memo's shoulder. She has already begun setting her monsters loose, and they are visible in the background: Large, shadowy beings that look almost human, except that their limbs are too long and their eyes are sunken orbs of white. They are selecting civilians from a crowd, inspecting them, then throwing them back violently. It's clear that they are searching for something.]

No pendent bearers yet... How dull. The people here are not very interesting.

[Though accidentally, the video shows Memo's face. She probably doesn't realize that she has sent a video at all: She's only intending to record this, in place of her memory.]

Perhaps I will need to kill some of the boring ones in order to garner their attention... or break a window.

[Out of all people who saw the accidental video, Sycamore is one of the few who reacted in horror. He doesn't know who this woman is, but he knew she must be stopped. However, he doubts that she might able to respond to his reply to her video and even if he does, that monster will continue to harm the other civilians.

With that, he heads off towards Attleton and once he can see Memo and some of her monsters, his Garchomp jumps in front of him and charges towards one of them.]

Garchomp, use Dragon Pulse!

[His Mach Pokemon nods as she fires a glowing green ball in an attempt to hit one of the monsters. Whether she succeeds or not, Sycamore then approaches the mysterious young woman in front of him, hoping to confront her and convince her to stop what she was doing.]

Hold it. I'm sorry, Madam, but I suggest you stop these creatures or you will face the consequences.

Killing boring ones is just that. Boring. To make it more fun, I'm going to start a fire. Might bring in more people for you.

What looks a lot like a yellow e-bugster comes flying out of the portal to Nova City, quite literally since it was in flight mode, heading directly towards Memo's monsters. ]

[Well she figured that eventually, someone was going to attack the city she is now meant to protect. So with her hero outfit on and trusty frying pan in hand, she headed off towards the area that was affected, whacking a couple of the monsters with it.

She hadn't even noticed the video feed, mostly because she lived in the city so she had no idea that the one she spotted was, in fact, the one behind it.]

Excuse me miss, you need to get to an safe area.

PRIVATE: All Might & Midnight

[Memo had not chilled out during the last few minutes. In fact, her rampage had only grown more violent. With the video implanting mental images of her monsters in the minds of others, Memo had more material to strengthen them with. Some hard grown taller, others bulkier, and a few even breathed fire on the crowds.

All the while, still picking through the streets in search of pendents. Innocent bystanders were being tossed about as Memo's monsters continued their search. Memo herself trailed along after them, inspecting each catch with a blank stare.]

Not them either. Dispose of them.

[Someone random near Rin gets thrown away and that gets the Tohsaka girl to instantly look at her surroundings. She just happens to be here on her way somewhere else, what a timing!

She notices one of her monsters, hmphs as she points towards it before firing a bullet-like red bordered black orb at it. Looks like someone has a literal fingergun or in her case it should be called fingergan... Monsters can just go die! Even if that possibly isn't enough to kill them but if it hits, there'd be some damage at least and less time for them to throw anyone anywhere.]

[Gale always did have a knack for ending up in the thick of some kind of trouble, and today was no different. A quick assessment of the area showed there at least a few fighters ahead on the scene, but that just left civilians struggling with helping the injured and getting each other out of further danger.

A flash of light and, complete with an inexplicable outfit change, he'll be tending to the people who were carelessly thrown aside with magic. Even if he doesn't have the time to heal someone fully, it should get them up enough to help them carry themselves out of immediate danger.]

Go, quickly. Find somewhere safe. I will remain between you and these creatures.

[Sure, expecting to take monsters on his own as a white mage wasn't a terribly sound idea, but he never got anything done by playing it safe. And without his device on, he certainly would like to know the source of these things.]
