You may not be comfortable giving your specifics, but I would like to take a head count for magical users. Do we outnumber those who are "normal"? [If you can detect a certain bitterness to that last descriptor, well, there is a reason for it.] As far as I can see, our dear overseer or overseers like interesting sorts.

For me, that was none existent. Unless you mean those who are talented in like music or science. Not things like magic. No one was magical.
