[Mikasa has been has already been here for a few hours at least, but she decided not to bother using this device she was given just yet. The necklace lied hidden underneath her red scarf since apparently it was important. After looking into matters, she finally decided to flip it on.]

Walls. These are just... more walls to hide in. Nothing is different here. Nothing.

[and with that very vague feed, she cuts it off without so much of an introduction or any questions. There might not be real walls surrounding them, but they were trapped here against their own wills. That seemed like a prison to her. That was all she needed to know. Now she just had to see if anybody she knew was here.]

They're giant looking people who eat people. If this place... Genessia... is this on ease, I doubt there are any.

Maybe like a troll? They're taller than me at least... but I don't think they eat people. [ That doesn't sound very fun... ] --And Genessia doesn't has anything like that, which sounds pretty good... in my opinion.

[Genessia doesn't have anything like that. Hearing that, she couldn't help but let out a small sigh of relief. That means that these people aren't in serious danger from titans at least.]>]

[Not even 10 minutes after her brief message, another transmission pops up though this one is only in voice as he somehow managed to press the right buttons in his staggering out of pod after waking up.]

What the? Where am I? This isn't the safehouse...

[Hearing Eren's voice caused her to stop what she was doing. Immediately heading to where she'd woken up -- because he was probably there too -- she switched the comm. to video. It didn't take her long to figure that out.]

Eren. I'm on my way.

Mikasa?

[Yeah that was totally her voice. After a bit of looking around he finally found the device and was surprised to see her face in the screen.]

What in the world? How are you inside there?

[In his confusion he hadn't yet read the note he had on his person so he was still more than a little lost.]

[Mikasa was surprised at first too, but she's had a few hours to figure it out and find out more about this place.]

I'm not actually "inside" of your communicator. I was confused at first too, but this device can broadcast video feed. Or at least that's what I've gathered thus far.

[Well hopefully with her help he'll get it a bit quicker than that. For now though he'll take Mikasa's word.]

If that's how it is then I guess there's no use getting worked up.

[Wait the way she spoke. How long has she been awake? But more importantly.]

So where are we? This isn't the safehouse or anywhere near it as far as I can tell. There's so much water....

They call this place Genessia and... as far as I've collected.... There are no titans here. It was one of the first things that I asked about.

[Woops he might have raised his voice a bit louder than intended but given the world they come from the shock is more than understandable.]

It's hard to believe but...

[She's finally arrived, turning off her comm because she was near him.]

I know you haven't gotten far, but I've seen this place a little bit. It's far too peaceful to have titans. You would know if they were around and quite frankly.... No one here seems to have heard of titans before.

[That's an abrupt end but before he can speak, he can hear Mikasa in person now. She's in uniform as expected whereas he's in his civilian clothes. After all they'd just gone to sleep before Captain Levi's operation to lure out the true enemy by using him and Christa as bait.]

But that doesn't make sense. The whole world is supposed to be infested by Titans. Is this another city someplace? No that doesn't explain how we got here to begin with!

Maybe this is a dream?

[Mikasa was welcome to put an end to his rambling and prove that all of this was very real indeed.]

[Mikasa let out a small sigh. There were a lot of questions that Mikasa still had and while she had done her best to get information of this place, it was still hard to believe that in a world filled with titans and death, this place had none of them.]

Eren. There are no walls here. At least... not physical walls. I haven't seen one titan since being here. And I don't quite believe that this place we're stuck in is... "safe". But... Just because there are no physical walls stopping us from going outside, one of the main things that has come up was that there's no way out and we're stuck here.

[He could tell she was likely still very much lost just as he was. So Eren in the end settled down and took a moment to sit on one of the rocks nearby to sort through his thoughts and what Mikasa was telling him.]

This is all crazy.

No. I haven't found anyone else besides you at this point, but it's possible that they're somewhere out there yet. I've only been here for a few hours, after all.

[Now that he was starting to settle down a little he was realizing he'd been grilling Mikasa for information rather aggressively and he couldn't help but feel a bit guilty about that.]

Well who ever brought us here at least let you keep your gear. So there's that. I'm ready to head out and explore if you are.

[Considering what they were doing before they were brought here...? Yeah... It was pretty important to have it.]

[Yeaaah that was going to give them both more headaches to say the least once they got around to piecing together the truth pertaining to that detail.]

I took it off when I went to bed last night. The operation was in the morning so I wasn't going to sleep with it on. Though that doesn't explain how come you have yours. You didn't have it on at dinner.

[Luke looks exceptionally perplexed by Mikasa's statement.]

[There's a pause, and then Luke tilts his head--and then suddenly recognition. He is a little puzzler, after all. A play on words doesn't take too much extra thought to figure out for the boy.]

Eren... The last thing I remember was confronting Annie about being that one titan... We were about to go underground and I must have blacked out and ended up here.
