Truly this is a most perplexing situation, to be snatched away to where one cannot feel the Goddess, to a place full of soulless abominations. Nevertheless, they seemed not hostile at all and there was no trace of the Empty Ones in them, so I restrained from slaughtering every one I saw and letting the rivers of blood flow. I would appreciate it if someone informed me whether this restraint was wise or not.

Truly I do not know what to do or say. This is truly the strangest situation I have found myself in. I do not know what dangers I should be wary of, what customs I should heed, even what role there is for me here. I would look to the Goddess for inspiration, but here she is silent.

Pray tell, are there any other who follows the teachings of She Who Walks in Blood and the Living Corpse?

Ah, you are the first to discern that those two are different entities. Clearly I have not worded myself clearly in that. Regardless, they are the gods of my world. But, from what I have been told, not of other worlds. And it is good that those are harmless. They reminded me entirely too much of the Empty Ones; the appearance being there, but the there not being there.

This place-- Genessia,-- kidnaps people from other worlds and contains them here. I'm sorry you can't seem to contact them, but I'm sure that two deities with so much to teach would be difficult to capture. [In other words, Satou is sure this is a sign of their strength. Though she watches her tone, afraid to disrespect someone's religion.

Indeed they are quite powerful gods. I could feel Her acting through me at times, and at such times, I found myself doing things ordinarily impossible for me. Now Her presence is gone, but as long as they have not been ensnared, it is no great ill for a single humble servant to disappear. It is not unheard for those of us out in the field to not return.

It is a relief that those beings are that harmless. Then it was wise to stay my hand. The beauty of death comes to us all, but all has its correct time and place. Unnecessary bloodshed is not beautiful, only necessary bloodshed is.

As for settling in, I find myself in a situation where I do not know what to do. I shall apply to be a bounty hunter, yes, but beyond that, I know not what my life will look like.
