I've....only read about them but- as unorthodox as this may be given times of crisis are amidst, I'm afraid I have to ask. What exactly happens on dates? Is there- a dress code like our school dance?

It's odd to ask such a question but- I've never exactly been on one before so I want to make sure I do this date thing right.

Thus far my endeavors in the library haven't really given me much to go by. There are still many more books to shuffle through but at least I'm able to read them.

A guess a little lip balm or lip gloss would help because chapped lips are not pretty.

[But what other tricks are there... She pauses to think about it.]

All one really does is puck there lips for a light kiss, much like one do when they peck you on the cheek. If it's passionate it just lasts a little longer and might turn into some tongue action... But I wouldn't know that many tricks to if that turns out to be the case.

They wouldn't. They might mention having make up on though, but some girls don't need a lot, but others do. It depends. In your case, you wouldn't need much.
