Costume Hunting
WHO: Lust, OPEN
WHAT: Lust goes shopping for a Halloween costume. She can't dress up as herself. :C
WHEN: October 1st, 2014 - Early Evening
WHERE: Genessia City - Hamete Strip Mall
When Lust stepped into the store, heads turned. She ignored them. Of course they stared, she cut a very elegant figure in her long crimson skirt slit up to the knees, snug charcoal top, and a wide-brimmed hat that shaded her eyes. Long waves of silky black hair tumbled past her waist, swaying lightly with her high-heeled steps. She looked as if she'd walked straight out of Beverly Hills.
Being able to change her clothes was, perhaps, the only good thing Moriarty had done for her. He'd promised more, but apparently she'd been correct in her assumption that he would never make good on those promises. He was gone now, but she saw no need to inform people that M would no longer haunt the city. They'd figure it out eventually, and she had no reason to help a single one of those fools.
Her violet eyes drifted down to check her phone, scanning the message once more to ensure that there were no hidden rules or guidelines to the costume contest. As far as she could tell, there were no limits. Given that she could at least participate in this opportunity to win a charm, she intended to do just that.
But what costume should she wear? It had to be outstanding, that much she knew. She also had no intentions of entering the contest as part of a duo, and what she believed to be 'funny' might be upsetting to everyone else. That left her to aim for the scariest costume. Sadly, the scariest thing she could imagine was an abomination like herself, and that just wasn't an option. Not for a costume, anyway.
Her fingers dragged over a rack of blouses, the metal hangers squeaking on the bar upon which they hung.
Perhaps some sort of witch...

Ever curious, she rose a bit into the air, following the woman into the store with little regard for personal space. Not that it really mattered. No one could see her right now anyway. And from the reactions of the people in the store it might be best if she kept it that way. Such a startled reaction from the humans almost always was a sign that caution should be exercised around an individual.
Upon entering the store's contents did give her pause, however. Never had she seen a costume shop before... or even heard of Halloween for that matter, much less the contest. It hadn't even occurred to her that humans might want to dress up as other things...
She remained still for a good few moments, simply taking it all in before, blinking, she looked around to see Lust moving off in another direction. Forget going unseen. Things were getting interesting now! She drifted after the taller woman with new-found purpose, focusing hard to become visible, and tapping her shoulder when she got close enough.
"Miss? Hello Miss? Can you see me? Excuse me?"

Then he saw someone familiar. Someone whom he once talked to in a dream. Not his, but hers. He calmly approached her with dark hues eyeing her form. "Looking for a costume?", he asked as if her costume was any concern of his.
