[Neptune is still hanging out near The Bay. He knew he should move on to the city, but he wanted to try to get some more information before going into unknown territory. He'd read the flier, but that hadn't helped too much.]

I'm not sure I believe this whole "you're stuck here" thing, but I'll go along with it for right now. I'm not going to rush into this blindly. So, anyone want to help me out? I could use some directions to somewhere to stay for now. I'm going to hope that no one I know is also stuck here, but if so... If you guys could tell me where you are so we can figure out what to do, that would be awesome. I'll be hanging out here for a little bit longer before I try exploring on my own.

Give it a few months and you'll have no choice but to accept it. Sometimes people do go back, but it's never on their own terms.

They disappear. It's nothing they've done or gone looking for. They just leave. I guess because whoever's really in charge of this place decided they didn't want them here anymore.
