[Four wasn't aware that the device had been recording. He wasn't aware that the tower was so high in the first place. All he knows was he had to survey the city. He used the elevator to get to the top of the highest building - but it wasn't high enough. So he climbed even higher. He used the radio tower to get a higher post whilst not letting on how absolutely petrified he was. Perhaps it was because of his wary movements that the feed activated.

For a few moments he looked around the horizon whilst keeping a very strong grip on the railings. Damn he was high. His rifle behind him wasn't helping in keeping him steady either. Nonetheless, no fear can be seen on his features. If there was one thing noticeable, Genessia was not a city destroyed by the war a thousand years ago. This wasn't his home.

After a while, he took the device from his wrist pocket and noticed it had already been recording.]

[His voice was proud. Some people might notice that his tone was stiff, like a soldier. Like one, he hates wasting time.]

I need someone to brief me with a method in which I can go back to my world. [Tris is in trouble without him.] If that is impossible, is there a form of military post in this world?

[Spirit might catch the stiff set of the stranger's shoulders and tone of voice, but says nothing to suggest that recognition. It might be the simplicity of being kindred spirits; though the man Four sees on the screen isn't standing quite so tall there is the distinctive look of someone who is constantly on watch in his eyes.]

If you find someone who knows how to get back home, I'd love to hear how. I'm still coming up empty on that.

As for military posts here, every City Guardian has a Deputy or so. If you're interested, I think that would be where to start.

No. At least if they know how to get home, they are holding back the information. I'd much rather be home than here.

As for the Guardian positions...to my understanding, there are Guardians for each of the cities. They seem like police superintendents, or other high-ranking law officials. Top of the chain. The Deputy Guardians are like the seconds-in-command. There was just an election for most of the cities...only Attleton, if I recall, is looking for a Guardian now.

Understood. Are there faction leaders here?

Interesting. So people are chosen through votes. Do the same things apply with regard to deputies?

I think the deputies are appointed. They're all newly voted into he position and getting themselves settled, at least for now.

If there is some voting, I think I've got some PR to work on. [He chuckles because honestly imagine this idiot running for Deputy Guardian. Please.]
