Shadaloo and You
Genessia was in for several shocks. The first of these was when their favorite television programs were arrested in favor of something a little more...red. After the initial static, the image became clear as the inner workings of a tv studio appeared. Suddenly, an ovular, shadowy void appeared in the middle, followed by a bulky, cloaked figure emerging.
It was M. Bison.
"Greetings, worms! It is I, your future ruler and master, M. Bison. I hope you've enjoyed your holidays, for all that is about to end. For New Year's, I've resolved to usher in a new era of pain and suffering. To start with, I will show you the futility of your precious Guardians as they fail to save your city from destruction. Genessia city, to be precise. Channels 3-8 will allow all of you to see your fragile metropolis crumble before your eyes."
To elaborate, each of those channels showed the following:
3. Jack's Bar and Karaoke Club is looking both lively and dead. There's disco musing blaring in the background, but no one's dancing. In fact, all the patrons gaze at a large disco ball on the ceiling, held in a stupor. A muscular man with boxing gloves sits in a chair, grumbling. "Buncha stiffs. What good will brainwashing these punks do?"
4. A Korean woman with skimpy clothing, and a yin-yang symbol in her left eye is seen hunched on the ground, next to the hospital. She gets up to reveal that she has just finished planting C4 charges. With a wicked grin, she turns to the camera, and tosses a detonator up and down. "Come and get it, losers!"
5. The hum and whirr of machinery presents itself to your ears as you see a masked figure with a large claw attached to his arm. To the mechanically astute, they'll recognize it as the Genessia Power Plant. He walks lazily to a control panel, apparently a pretty important one. "How will these hideous wretches survive the cold without power? Feh. Let these ugly flowers wilt." With a gleam, he raises his claw, before cutting the feed.
6. This one's a split screen. On the left, one can see some citizens bound and gagged, next to a strange device they all look very afraid of. It's making a beeping noise. On the right, one gets a glimpse of the coliseum in Attleton. A very large man with an eyepatch has brutally smashed his knee in a would-be contestor. As he crumples to the ground, He turns to the camera. "Weak! Is this truly all your pathetic city has to offer! If you wish to unseat the king, you will have to do better than that!" Looking closer, you can see a device strapped to his chest similar to the one on the previous screen. Perhaps they're connected...
7. Rushing water can be heard as vats of an unknown chemical are moved to and fro by two women, wearing something between a jumpsuit and a sweater. By the dingy look of things, this must be the sewers. More specifically, the water treatment plant.
8. A normal looking suburb, aside from the fact that people are running and screaming. The source of their fear? A large, 2-ton freak with a humanoid form, raging and smashing without the barest trace of intellect or control.
Back to channel 2, Bison was there with an evil grin of his own. "Are you frightened, weaklings? You should be. For I present a nightmare without end. And for dessert, I challenge Captain Hammer himself to display his impotence in the face of this terror for all to see. Don't keep me waiting. Mwuh heh heh heh heh..."
OOC: It begins! In case you couldn't tell, here are the people and their matchups.

These aren't set in stone. If your characters wanna gang up on one of the Lords of Shadaloo, by all means! Know, however, that Bison may have to beef up security in kind. Okay it with the original people first, of course, in case they'd prefer a one-on-one. If you don't care for the people and just wanna go to town on some Shadaloo mooks, that works too.
With regards to winning and losing, it's up to you! We can play it out naturally, but I don't mind getting whooped, or succeeding and doing some heavy damage to Genessia's infrastructure.
When you're ready to step into the ring, comment with your characters in the appropriate section.

Grunting as she fell, and pushed herself to a kneeling position. Her HUD fades in an and out until the emergency power kicked in. Sofia's core shuts down to reboot itself, so she's just running on ambient energy at the moment, making her suit weaker than her Silver setting. She could keep up with Juri in a fist fight, but her weapon systems are offline. Right now, Sofia's vulnerable for an assault as her suit experiences problems]

"Looks like that suit of yours ran outta gas." Juri put her hand to her chin, elbow resting on the other in a position of mock contemplation. "It just doesn't seem to be working out for you." She thrust her hands out in her "whatcha gonna do" pose.
"I know. I'll strip you." Smile on her face, she kicked on leg up into the air, feet wrapped in a purple energy. Then she started spamming them, one after the other, launching purple smoky waves at Sofia. They moved slowly, but Juri didn't wanna go in for the kill just yet. Even she wasn't totally used to fighting on a plane.

"She's using some kind of energy huh? Even with my shields she'll just bust through them. What kind of energy is this? Ki?" Sofia thought in her mind. She face Ki users before. Pissing them off or triggering an emotional response is often a bad idea because they grow stronger with it. Sighing sharply she checked her HUD. System reboots always happen in 10 seconds, but lately it's been taking 15. Facing against people with superpowers, a lot could happen in 10 or 15 seconds.
"My punches would be at a disadvantage, her kicks have longer reach. She'll hit me before I hit her..." She'll just buy herself time until then. She's still going to be quite physically strong, so she'll use that to her advantage and wrestle against the striker. Once Juri launches another kick, she'll grab her leg and sweep the other to take her down. If that succeeds, Sofia would pin her down and take the fight to the ground - in this case on top of a moving plane]

"11 more seconds..." Sofia's eyes narrowed. "No more playing games. I'll end this fight when that happens"
Sofia's guard is definitely unorthodox. It's low, perfect for grappling but her hands are high enough for sneaking jabs. Her footwork is her main asset, but fighting on top of a moving plane with her powers neutered makes it hard for her to use that advantage]
We should do this more often, darling.

Juri's eyes took on a look of annoyance and panic. TKD was her thing, and she couldn't put it much use in a grapple. Though she seemed playful, she had no illusions about what would happen to her in that kind of scenario. Thanks to the plane's velocity, she did manage to wriggle out.
Coincidentally, Juri needed to end this quickly too. The plain was almost about to reach its destination, and she didn't wanna stick around. She did her trademark move: the pinwheel kick. At impossible speeds, her legs formed the blades of the titular pinwheel.
"Ararararararara!", she shouted, each "ra" coming at the complete of one revolution. With any luck, this move would send Sofia into the air, where she'd do her finishing move and, with any luck, end it herself.

"4... 3... 2..." the HUD displayed the number of seconds before reboot is complete, and as it ended, there is a loud ascending hum as the lights on the suit glow silver, then red.
The Red setting has the telekinetic capability, so she would grab the detonator from Juri with her left hand's field manipulator, then firing a charged particle concussive beam from her right wrist's energy projector]

She licked her lips, hunched over, and grinned. "Slippery, eh?" Her right eye shone, and her feng shui engine activated. Her body was outlined in shimmering, purple energy.
In this state, Juri's potency doubled. Faster, stronger, the works. "I'm through fooling around!"
She dashed around the plane, launching divekicks, projectiles, anything and everything. "Come on, give me more! I wanna hear you scream!"

Well that makes two of us, sweetheart.
[Sofia casually dodged many of of Juri's attacks. Being back to her usual powered self and with her enemy having a predictable, single fighting style it was easy for the experienced suited agent. She did manage to feel the double potency of the attacks, but with her suit powered up now, it didn't bother her much]
My turn.
[The armored agent unleashed a volley of energy missiles from her shoulder, then following up with a unified charged particle beams from both wrists and chest projector, unleashing a wide and powerful blast that would damage the plane they're on as well. Juri's ki would prevent her from being fried to death by the heat of the plasma blast, but she would definitely feel the power from that. It's more than enough to bring a building down, and the bright light it emits could be seen from a distance]

Thank goodness she was wearing her parachute. She raised her arms to guard, but it was too much, as the beam launched her right off the plane and into the sky.
"I'll have my revennnnge!" She screamed, as Juri flailed below. Not empty posturing on her part either; Juri, while she was falling, had one last chuckle as she took out her other handheld. Free-falling did nothing to impede her as she set the coordinates. Being a stealth bomber, its use was obvious. Juri had counted on the detonator being stolen, so she had two countermeasures in place.
For one, the ship would use its unerring autopilot to deliver the payload to the hospital directly. And if that didn't work, there was always the kamikaze option.
Juri, still plummeting to the earth below, did a mock salute. "Good luck commandeering /that/ ship, captain!"

Damn it. This better be worth it...!
[Flying to the front of the craft, Sofia fired up her boosters to move it as high up as she could. Putting every ounce of strength she has to push the entire jet far up. Before anything gets fired from the aircraft, Sofia readied her missiles and fired a barrage of them at the jet that's very close on top of her, so she gets some damage from the act as well. The amount of missiles she unleashed creates a large explosion in the sky as both the bomb and the jet gets destroyed. Sofia falls from the sky near the hospital, crashing like a meteor with some damages on her armor. She groans as she picked herself up from the crater she was in...]
I felt that.
