[Trying to lay low with how risky her magic as become simply didn't go according to plan. She was too restless and couldn't bring herself to stay in doors. She had broken this promise to herself several times already, so she might as well break it again. She enjoyed her freedom too much to willingly keep herself hidden away. She won't risk it when summer returns.

So while she still has this time, Anastasia traveled to Garden Park together with her Sylveon. In her hand was a shopping catalog. Every once in awhile, she would roam the park while looking through the catalog, or she will sit on a bench to either read or entertain her pokemon companion.

Anyone who sees her might wonder what she's shopping for. Anyone who gets close enough would see that she was looking through a sword catalog. What would a 13 year old girl need a sword for? After a while of wandering the park aimlessly, Anastasia stops on the arched bridge, closing the catalog and gaze out over the water, looking to be deep in thought.]

[Everyone will get an invitation though there are specific friends of Levy's that she sends personal messages to imploring that they come and have a good time at the beach. There have been more than a few trying things as of late and she thinks that everyone needs to have a chance to relax and have fun.

After getting permission from Troy she sets up a little space on the beach within Dubai's sub-archway. Just as he promised it's the most beautiful beach she's seen. The water is crystal clear and the sand almost a pearly white.

She has a few things set up for those who arrive. There are tables and chairs under canopy and a few extra towels for those who forgot to bring one. There is a boardwalk nearby that people can walk down, checking out the shops and the food. Levy has watermelon and others summer time snacks set up for people to pick at. There is a beach ball and a net set up for those who want to play on the beach.

As the sun sets there will be fireworks and star gazing.

As a benefit of knowing Troy there are also rooms available at the hotel located behind the party. The Atlantis is a nice place and will be the hosts of the fireworks show as well.]
