Early Afternoon, Somewhere in Genessia
- [ Weiss had always been the kind of person to come into work looking pristine, making sure to make an appearance with the customers and generally just being an overachiever at being manager since she'd gotten the position. However, today had been different.
Namely because her lip was actually split open and decidedly not healing automatically like it normally would have. Training had gone more roughly than usual that morning, resulting in her having come into work late due to a case of unconsciousness. She knew that training with Adam would be difficult, but she hadn't expected it to drain her aura enough that she would have to spend the morning in the back of the restaurant waiting for her aura to recover enough that she could heal her lip. She'd spent all of 25 minutes that morning still going out to the front of house to check on things before she decided to just focus on paperwork that day unless someone specifically needed her, having been asked far too many times what happened to her face. Once she finished a significant amount of small backlogged tasks, she decided to call it an early day. She could work a little extra tomorrow to make up for it.
Now, Weiss was walking down the street on her way home wearing one of her work outfits (except with a white skirt instead of the black skirt) and a pair of white knee boots with red accents on the bottom of the shoe. She stops at the window of the shop, having caught her reflection to see her busted lip. It looked like it was starting to heal. She figured it would be gone completely by dinner time, but she wasn't used to having any blemishes to her face beyond the scar over her eye. It still looked weird to even see something there at all. ]
Evening, Laundry Time, May contain some NSFW discussion
- [ It's laundry day. Which means it's time to get things done and while it wasn't technically her turn this week, Weiss has decided to tag along with Blake under the pretense of wanting to help out and just spend some time with her friend, since Blake had taken on a bunch of responsibilities lately already.
Which was technically true, but she also had ulterior motives. Namely, she needed to get some things out and clear the air. And mostly she just needed to talk to someone about things before she mentally imploded, and she definitely trusted Blake. Both because she was a good friend, despite their past and recent differences, and because Blake had a boyfriend and Weiss felt like that meant she could understand on a different level than some of her other friends could. ]
So. Blake. How have you been?
[ It was probably the most awkward conversation starter from Weiss, but.. what could she say? She wasn't exactly sure how to start this conversation since she hadn't exactly broached the subject before. Honestly, she was probably just going to blurt out whatever she was thinking in about 5 seconds regardless of what Blake answered. ]

no subject
With her plastic basket of clothes, she made her way to the laundry room only to have a rather- bouncy Weiss tagging along. Well, maybe this time Blake can try to properly teach her how to use the dryer without burning down the city.
Blake also knew Weiss was trying to make amends after their little tuff. She's not longer mad at her friend, far from it, she still hates herself sometimes though but- time heals all wounds.]
Uh? --alright? I think? [She blinked and glanced over at her, who looked like she was about to pop.] Is- there something you want to say? You look almost- giddy?
no subject
Weiss held her own little hamper, looking down into it as Blake asked her if there was something that she wanted to say.
And that was when the worst possible starter popped out of her mouth. ]
Is somewhere between 7 and 8 inches good? For a boy's.. you know?
[ Even Weiss knew that was a terrible starter. She did. But she'd never done this before and might as well just start with the worst of it so Blake could yell at her for asking something ridiculous. ]
no subject
But- then Weiss asked her a question she certainly thought she'd never hear.
Wait- a boy's what?
WHOA Wait, 7-8 inches?
Looking at her friend with wide eyes, Blake dropped whatever was in her hands on top of the washing machine in shock.]
I hope you mean hair length...[No, no she knew exactly what she meant.]
He's--? You measured it?
no subject
[ Clearly she wasn't about to let up on this if Blake didn't tell her she had to. Weiss set her basket down and came over to pick up what Blake dropped, holding it out to her. ]
I'm pretty sure that's above average. I mean, it doesn't have to be, but if it is it's pretty impressive, right?
no subject
So she...didn't know what size it was. Aroused him in order to find out then tape measured it once he was erect.
Excuse her as she slammed her head down on the washing machine to start laughing with her arms bracing her. She just needs a moment to process that entire thing because wow. Wow good for you, Weiss.
When her initial laughter died down a bit, she raised her head and rubbed happy tears from her face.] This is the best conversation starter ever.
[Okay, deep breath and back to business. Blake took back what she had dropped from Weiss, setting it with the rest of her clothes.] Average for men runs about 5-6 inches. [Don't ask her how she knows.]
So considering what you're working with- I'd say it's impressive. Just- uh... [Okay now it was getting odd.] just make sure you're- you know- really ready to go. You'd like it big but- you don't want it to hurt.
[Was this conversation really happening?]
no subject
I know-- we're not having sex yet. It actually came up because I realized that Zuko didn't actually know what contraception was. His world isn't anywhere near as advanced as ours is, so I had to teach him.
[ Weiss leans against one of the machines, watching Blake. She's not going to do anything with the laundry she brought until she sees Blake go through the whole process. ]
no subject
Haha, 'it came up'. You're sure right about that, Weiss.] That's- certainly something I never thought of having to be taught by any of us here. At least you know now, right?
But that means you're eventually going to, now that you've found out? [She asked, going back to sorting her clothes and preparing the washer with detergent, softener and other things often needed.]
no subject
[ Weiss pauses for a moment. There's one curiosity she definitely has now. ]
Does Sun ever just stare at your chest longingly? Is that a guy thing or just Zuko? I mean I don't exactly have a lot to stare at, I thought it was kind of weird.
[ It felt good when he touched them but he really liked to look at them. And now that they've broken down the walls of this topic, the questions were all going to come out. ]
no subject
Blinking from her thoughts she glanced at Weiss and quirked a brow.]
My chest? ...Uh, I think it's a matter of preference? He shot my butt with an arrow at the Halloween party so- maybe he's more of a back end kind of Faunus?
[Stopping her movements, she thought on that and rubbed the back of her head. Did Sun like her chest?] Granted, I'm sure it's a guy thing but if Zuko's staring then he clearly finds your chest appealing.
I'm not- sure what Sun likes, actually. We've done it once and he certainly seemed to enjoy curling his tail around me, but...I haven't really spoken to him since Halloween. [No walls, barriers or shame now. They're in too deep.]
no subject
Wait, you two have already gone all the way?
[ This is important! ]
no subject
Her eyes widen slightly with a blush that began painting her cheeks.]
Um...y-yeah? [OH good so they didn't hear them when it had happened. There's a slight relief in knowing that at least since they had been pushing one another to not only keep quiet, but trying to tempt one another to let out sounds.]
He- confessed he was in love with me and I felt the same. The it-happened. [Oh jeez, she began blushing deeper, rubbing her cheek shyly.]
no subject
Blake is flushing more than Weiss is though, so at least there's that. Weiss gives her a little grin. ]
How was it?
no subject
Clearing her throat again, she turned to the laundry she had been doing and started to load the machine.] Well...
It didn't hurt like I read it was suppose to. That might of just been the built up tension between us. [The more she thought back on it, the more she blushed.] He looked ridiculously attractive if that- means anything.
It- just felt really nice. There's something comforting and- special about doing something like that with someone you care for and then falling asleep in their arms. Corny, sure, but it's makes you feel like everything's going to go right in the world.

What happened?
action;
[ Weiss stepped back, a little startled, covering her mouth for a brief second before realizing that he'd already seen it. ]
I took an elbow to the face during training this morning... after spending a long while pushing myself beyond what I should've. It'll be fine by this evening.
[ She was trying to downplay it a little. Weiss was pushing herself way beyond what she should in training, but she didn't exactly have a training partner who cared enough to stop until she was unconscious. ]
action;
Why didn't you have your aura up? [ wasn't her aura supposed to take care of things like that? ]
action;
[ Weiss didn't fight him moving her hand. She could understand why he was worried. He probably had never seen her injured, even if she'd pushed herself to that point before even back home with the Schnee training robots. ]
I'd smile to show you I'm okay, but I don't want to open it up again, so just trust that I'm trying to be reassuring right now.
Re: action;
If Katara were here, I'd ask her to heal you. [ his fingers grazed her chin near the cut. ] She probably would, even if she's likely to freeze me to the street for daring to ask her for a favor. [ his hands fell away. ] She's not a fan.
[ it was likely the first time he'd mentioned the waterbender, but for good reason. like he said: not a fan. she had her reasons — really good reasons — even if zuko had been growing increasingly frustrated with her grudge before he left. she had every right to hate him, but she seemed to dislike him for more than just being fire nation and having sided with azula in ba sing se. not that he had much hope of figuring it out or needing to find some amicable air between there. as long as he was here, there was no need for zuko to find a common ground so aang's bending teachers could at least appear to get along.
a great horned, orange-red head jutted over zuko's shoulder to peer hard at weiss. charizard rumbled low in his throat, seemingly disapproving of the injury as much as his firebending companion did. ]
It's okay, buddy. She's fine. It's just a scratch. It'll heal.
action;
[ He'd explained the 4 elements to her at least- she can figure out freezing leading to waterbending, but healing wasn't something she expected. Either way, Weiss wasn't sure she would accept that. She needed to fight without the assumption there would be a healer there for her.
Weiss reached up to pat Charizard's head when he appeared. ]
Exactly, don't worry. Either of you. I'm going to get stronger and this will stop happening. [ Weiss learned well from her recent fight with Blake than to keep who she was training with a secret though. ] Adam's a good trainer, even if I suspect he's taking out his frustrations on me as much as training me.
..Are you two just out taking a walk or am I interrupting something with my lip drama?
action; | bah, why does html never sync properly when tagging via e-mail?
[ did he mention that they're all — the avatar's bending teachers — a bunch of kids, just like him? katara's not much younger than he is, and toph was about aang's age. a bunch of kids teaching a living powerhouse how to use that power. their world was doomed. ]
Adam? [ just like that, zuko's "i'm willing to leave it alone" demeanor shifted. charizard seemed to sense this, rumbling low in his throat. ] Didn't you tell me to stay away from Adam?
action; | because emails are butts
[ Weiss wouldn't think anything strange of their ages at all. They were waging war against the most notorious criminals and taking on jobs behind the backs of their superiors to do such with the idea of becoming the youngest huntresses in Remnant. Ruby was two years younger than anyone else in the school and she was Weiss's partner and leader. Despite that she didn't think of her as more than a child sometimes, she knew she was fully capable.
When Zuko's attitude shifted, Weiss tensed a little. She knew this was going to happen, but it was better than lying about it. ]
Yes, but he and I have come to somewhat of an understanding. I'm not strong enough and Adam's the strongest person from our world here [ that she knows about ] besides Professor Ozpin, who seems to keep busy. Frankly, my team doesn't... tend to share things with him anyway and he might ask why I need extra training here. He'll bend the rules for us but I think him not officially having word of what we're doing is better for him from a political standpoint. Most importantly, Adam doesn't hold back and I don't quit just because I sustain injuries. I never have.
action;
[ he didn't like it. granted, zuko had never met adam and had no real basis to go off of for the guy other than weiss had explicitly told him to stay away... ]
Why do you feel you need it? The extra training.
action;
[ She gave him an amused look at his reaction though.
Weiss would be lying if she said training with Adam was 100% ideal, but it was better than her attempts to train herself here. ]
For one thing, one of the most recent memories I got from the Dream Docks was Blake having to physically carry me out of a train car after I got grabbed by the face mid-attack, smashed into the floor of the train car, and hit with a chainsaw hard enough to knock me into the next room. We weren't able to stop a train from breaking into the middle of Vale through a sealed-off tunnel, unleashing hundreds of Grimm on the town-- which we did take care of with help from three other teams and part of the Atlesian fleet that was stationed in Vale for the upcoming tournament. We managed to get Roman Torchwick arrested but a lot of people were injured and a number of White Fang members died in the train tunnel instead of being arrested because we interfered. So there were some good results, but there were bad as well. There are a couple of other reasons regarding this place that I'm not about to tell you in public, too.
[ Weiss is crossing her arms at that point. She knows that Zuko was probably going to freak out on her after she dumped all that on him, but that was.. what they did. ]
Take your pick.
action;
Why are you just telling me this now? Were you ever going to tell me?
[ hey sparky, remember the blue spirit incident? pot calling the kettle black. ]
action;
I was just trying to figure out what the best way to bring it up was, but honestly, Zuko it's.. less of a deal than you're making it out to be. I need to train harder and get better, that's all. Team RWBY decided to take down the White Fang and Torchwick ourselves. Torchwick is in custody already because of our actions, we decided to count it as a win.
