[After hearing about that poor woman with the problems in heating, she had started to wonder if she should maybe set up her own inn here for new commoners. After all back home she was prepared to take on that life and by her own choice too. She enjoyed that type of work, but she wasn't sure if that would be a good thing to have here when they already have hotels and such of their own. Her tiny inn wouldn't stand a chance. Never the less she had thought about it for a while and had come to some conclusion. So with the device on and settled in front of her she looked as happy as larry.]

Hello anyone watching. I've only been here a few weeks, but I've already been thinking about maybe starting up something I use to do at home. [Her hands were lightly placed on her lap as she spoke. She seemed confident with what she was saying at least.]

So I just wanted to ask about how one goes about starting a business of there own and if someone who isn't considered an adult yet could do such a thing here? It would help a lot. [She gives a small bow of her head before reaching over to switch off. She wanted to know what others were thinking before she did anything herself.]

I don't think age matters too much as long as you have the money that you need to get started. And the drive and ambition needed to run it.

So that would mean having to work first to gain that money. I haven't really gotten a job and I've never really done a job that wasn't helping with the inn.

I probably would need people to help anyway since I am considering opening up an inn.

I guess you couldn't help, but I can always help you get clients. That is depending on if I accept pets into the inn or not. After all back home we didn't, but doesn't mean I can't change that.

I'm thinking of maybe opening up an inn. It's something I did back home and it took me a while to realize that I enjoy doing that kind of thing.

What sort? I guess where I was it was considered a traditional Japanese inn. D you know what they are?

Of course I do! I'm from Japan, after all-!

Just something like a small inn. Nothing too big, but something that helps customers and makes them happy.

If I may make a suggestion, you would likely get notable business if you opened it near the Bay. Incoming people will likely be your first customers and you can also act as a significantly more effective welcoming center for those new to Genessia.

That's actually a great suggestion and one I had considered. After all it seems as if new people wouldn't know the first thing to do when they suddenly arrive here. At least giving them a comfortable first day and night would be the least I could do.

Maybe making the first night free might help too, since they might not have that much money to be able to get settled anywhere else. Or is that not a great idea?

Everyone is given enough money to sustain themselves until they can get settled in upon arrival, so I would say a discount would be more effective than an entire night free. You still make some of their money for yourself, show good faith for new arrivals, have a convenient location, and would be cheaper on the first night than other hotels that are further away. You'd basically guarantee yourself business without risking a significant loss of profits.

That makes sense. I can think of how much to charge that would be considered a discount. I guess that means I know what to do now. I just have to find the right space and see if I can get it.
