Newspaper - Sunday Edition (backdated Dec. 21)
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]
[And if you're one of the following people, and you happen to subscribe to the newspaper, the Paperboy may or may not have flung the newspaper through that person's window and/or broke something in the area: Yuna, Satsuki & friends, Luke Triton, Ejava Tepet, Mid Boss.]

We apologize. We, the Genessia Tribune, have played our part in the ongoing destruction of Genessia, and have no excuse.
As the world's primary and only news source, the temptation was always there that we would abuse our power, and fall short of what a proper newspaper was supposed to be: truthful, and trustworthy. We abused that trust, and covered up the very worst crimes of Genessia's Guardians.
There is no excuse for what we've done. We beg to be heard regardless. The Guardians have been manipulating from behind the scenes, and we did our part, as many corrupted media outlets do, to ignore or downplay their actions. They used us, and paid us, and offered protection. That was the carrot. The stick is much darker. They threatened us and our families, as well as blackmailed us to keep quiet, lest a fate befall us beyond our wildest nightmares.
No more. The burden of our conscience has become unbearable, and we are prepared to risk everything, even if our last living act is to produce our one and only genuine paper. We beg of you, do not fall under their sway. Resist the corruption that even now awaits those too gullible to resist. Do not make our mistake.
As we contemplate our role in this depravity, and our impending dooms from the hands of our former masters, we wish to leave you with this final parting thought: Merry Christmas, and happy holidays. May Genessia still stand to enjoy them.

Worldwide Corruption
Thanks to the brave efforts of one known only by a mysterious pseudonym: John Everyman, the deeds of the wicked Guardians have come to light. They are too numerous to list, and even that lone reporter has barely scratched the surface of their intricate schemes. Suffice to say that the diabolical machinations of Vyers, The terrorist activities of Yuna, The fourth reich planned by Satsuki, and religious usurpation by Tepet, are all finally known, one and all, across the world. It is only a matter of time before they're given their just deserts.
We try to avoid sensationalism at the Tribune, in order to preserve an air of professionalism. However, as this may be our last newspaper, we think it appropriate to lay our thoughts bare. With that said,

Everglade - Yuna: Known for collaborating with M. Bison, leader of terrorist organization Shadaloo, and helping him to assemble a construct army out of buildings she destroys.
Attleton - Vyers, AKA Mid Boss: Wanted for summoning the great demon Beelzesatan, Destroyer of Love, as well as unleashing minor demons on the populace.
Nova City - Satsuki Kiryuin: Brainwashing children at her school, and recruiting them against their will in order to further her human purity agenda. Also wanted for theft of high grade weapons, as well as the subsequent destruction of high grade weapon dealers.

The last being the least likely scenario. I am also aware there are a few mercenaries within Genessia; I will need a few more eyes on Triton in case anyone gets the bright idea to use him as leverage.
