Okay, so whoever's out to get the Guardians got at the paper, too. Five notes says it's probably one of us who's going to turn out to be secretly evil, because that's how it always goes, but that's not important right now. We need to get to the bottom of this and stop them before they do anything else.

I'm pretty sure they're the ones trying to destroy Genessia, and that's the last thing any of us wants, right?

Right. I agree, and I doubt anyone's been buying into these attempts at slander.

I think the civilians might, if the paper's got anything to say about it, and the network besides.

Yeah, but that's only a certain percentage. And even if whoever's behind this rather blatant attack on the Guardians, there's always going to be some kind of negative hearsay. That's politics, that's leadership and ruiling. You're not going to please everyone, and not everyone's going to like you.

There's just someone out there who really doesn't like any of the Guardians. Really doesn't like.

Maybe it has nothing to do with who they are. I mean, I thought Kiryuuin-san was evil too, way back when, but Yuna did absolutely nothing. Maybe they're just after them because they're the Guardians, not because they're doing a bad job.

...could be. Maybe it's someone who wants to be Guardian themselves?

It's possible. Someone wanting to be supreme ruler of everything's not unheard of.

So they want to be a dictator. Are there any bitter runners-up or anything you can think of? Or people who were rulers back home?

[ mewtwo wasn't pleased that azula won over him, but zuko was hesitant to point fingers at the defeated pokémon. and he didn't think mewtwo was behind it. ]

Nobody that comes to mind, but that doesn't mean it's not a possibility, that someone's not out there wanting that kind of tyrannical control.

I want to say Lucifer again, but that's the easy way out.

Kiryuuin-san said it was too easy a conclusion, though. Like, last time he did something, he started out just trying to cut people's confidence down, then he went all-out announcing that he was this all-powerful whatever and blowing things up. This person hasn't shown themselves yet. What do you think?

Might not be him. Lucifer also seems big on laying claim to his schemes, whether it be direct or not. I like to think that if this was Lucifer's doing, he would've said or done something to let us know it was him by now; don't you think?

That's probably true. We just need to think of who else...

I don't disagree with that, but I don't want to be pointing fingers at anyone unless there's solid evidence to support it. Nobody's going to gain from the blame game.

If we take for granted that the videos from earlier are faked... They're still very convincing fakes, that had to be produced somehow. I'm guessing some type of high-powered magic or, well, SOMETHING.

A logical start point would be the paper, of course. Hunt down the writers and such.
