I honestly don’t know which is more likely being him being a local or being in the group. Both has their advantages and disadvantages. [It was tricky to pretend to be part of a group when you really have ulterior motives. He looked at the map. ]

Discounting the residential areas, we’ve still got a few areas that he could strike within range of the group. I do..have an idea. I’m thinking if we..acquire [Read: Steal] some food and take it to them to, the homeless people might be more likely to stick around. If the guy becomes desperate, he might go after the first person to stray from the group. [He hated using a homeless person as bait, though. But what could they do? He also didn’t have to steal food, he could have asked a Guardian for a favor or asked Ozpin to write some letter to some place in Vale so they could get the food honestly.]
