[ Weiss takes a deep breath. This is something she's sure she should've done long ago. They had decided only to alert certain people because it would be easy enough to turn it against them and say they were the bad people if he hadn't done anything first. She just wished that his crimes hadn't involved her and her friends as the first thing she could name with clear evidence. ]

There's a threat that's been here for some time that we haven't made a public fuss about because everyone here deserves a second chance to make their life what they want of it. Rest assured, those who have pasts they want to leave there deserve that right, but if they come to Genessia and decide their idea of a good day is to, for example, kill or kidnap and torture teenage girls, then they deserve to be put in the spotlight and to spend their time here locked up in a cell.

[ After a brief second, she turns her video to a computer screen that has Torchwick's official mug shot displayed that she pulled from the Vale archway. ]

This is Roman Torchwick. Torchwick is wanted for murder, assault, theft, armed robbery, terrorism, kidnapping, torture, illegal acquisition of weapons, acts of discrimination based on species, attempted massacre, and a number of other crimes I'm not inclined to list because we'd all be here for a long time. He's also not a very nice person and his choice in fashion is questionable at best, but that's irrelevant to the matter at hand. [ She mostly just wants to insult him with that one. ]

At least four of those crimes have been committed in this world and if you have any doubts, consider me proof. [ Weiss held up her hand to show the symbol carved into it, freshly scarred over by now. She pulls her hand back, the camera back on her face instead of on Torchwick's picture. ]

Anyone who sees him who isn't capable of handling themselves against high-level combat abilities should report sightings to Schnee Company and their local City Guardian's office immediately. Anyone who brings him in alive and appropriately constrained themselves will be rewarded monetarily, but please don't risk yourself unless you're incredibly strong and durable in a fight. He does have an Aura, which means he can survive damage that would otherwise be fatal to humans many times over.

[ She decidedly has no problem attempting to start a manhunt even if all it results in is making it harder for him to sneak around. ]

People who do things like this deserve to be brought to justice.

I can barely hold my sword properly and I keep dropping things and frankly? I'm having a hard time hiding the fact that I've been trying to use my right hand for everything. You have different types of medicine from your world and you have experience in a warzone. I'm sure I'm not the first case of nerve damage that affected combat capabilities you've encountered. Any ideas? I'm tired of moping around and trying to figure out ways around not being able to fight properly. I want this fixed. I love you. -W

You've got some great timing there to be telling us now. When did he attack you? That's a lengthy history, but is he inclined to go after people at random, or just ones he has a personal history with?

[ Which is why people who can't beat Mercury can't be on the security team. Would you like some ice with that burn? ]

He's inclined to go after anyone who gets in his way. My team in particular has some history with him given that he is from our world and he has specifically targeted my family's company for a number of armed robberies. However, he attacked our team leader before she was even in our team by coincidence and he's fought various members of our and other teams from my world on multiple occasions, including one encounter with ours that lead to his capture and arrest by the Atlesian military in our world shortly before he arrived in this world. This is a public announcement because he doesn't just target my team, he's a career criminal who's hurt a large number of people in the past.

I only bring it up now because, despite that I'm fully capable of running my company now, I was only returned from my.. encounter on the 11th. I think I'm entitled to a little recovery time.

Alive. Ending up dead here doesn't stick, he'd just be back out on the streets again in a few days.

So, what? What about the people who work for your company? Did you inform them of this before they decided to work for you? How about those people willing to put their lives on the line for your sake? Be honest, what are the chances that they could hold their own in a fight against Mr. Androgynous and Smirky?

How prepared are you? Can you even keep someone like that in check? And what about his allies? He has to have some and they'll be going after you too if they haven't already.

It's not your responsibility to keep anyone from doing something stupid and going after an enemy they aren't equipped to fight, but if he's as dangerous as you say, it shouldn't be an independent project left to any outsiders. And anyone who can't fight him, shouldn't get involved, regardless of who's in charge of their payment. This isn't their battle.

I should specify alive and not mortally wounded or in need of great medical care to keep him alive, as I have no desire to risk losing him while making sure he gets it.

Don't assume it'll be easy though. Finding him will be a much harder task, he's much stronger than average humans, and capturing him won't be easy; he's something of an expert at running away from fights.

Okay. So he has to be alive but not so hurt that he needs help right away.

Humans are pretty puny over all so if he's really that strong then that means I won't have to hold back as much. [Not that she ever was good at that...] And as long as I just meet him once it won't matter if he runs away because I'll find him again. The lilies are pretty strong, too!

I don't know how long you've been here, but the number of people capable of fighting at a high level in this world is significant. Anyone who can't hold their own in a battle is responsible for themselves, which is why I specified that they should report them to the local authorities or Schnee Company, as I am a huntress and the heiress to Schnee Dust Company from my world. My team back home has resulted in his retreat on three separate occasions and his capture and handing to the military on one.

There's a reason that I didn't just let anyone who said they had combat experience join my company's security team. I wouldn't recommend, Mr. Kirstein, that you go after him personally. With your skill level, you couldn't even beat a first-year student from my world.

Schnee Company is a company that's designed to welcome people just arriving in this world. Anyone who wants to work for us should have half a mind to consider that not everyone who walks out of the Bay is weak, nor are they always going to be pleased with what's happening. I fully expect Torchwick to be the minimum of what any security member at Schnee Company can handle and I fully expect anyone who works with Schnee Company not to be stupid enough to assume every face is a friendly face.

Because you were worried about me enough that I'm pretty sure you were watching over me for at least a week without me showing you and I was hoping I'd figure out a way to fix it on my own.

What about the administrative positions and other people who don't specialize in combat but still work for your company? They can't be put in harm's way. Not everyone is a fighter or has the mental conditioning to face someone like that and there are a lot people who would still choose to be merciful despite all that you've told us.

Are you going to be able to ensure their safety, 100% of the time? If not, then they can't work there. He can't be made a target, your company isn't worth their lives!

No, it isn't worth their lives, and I'm not forcing anyone to stay. I've never kept my role in my world a secret here and the only reason that I hadn't released information about Torchwick before now is because it would've just been my word against his until he actually did something and it would've compromised the ideal that some people do use this place as an opportunity to try to live a peaceful life without being persecuted for past crimes. His, however, are current and from this location.

I don't blame you for being upset, but the reality is that as long as Torchwick is free on the streets, a place with a highly skilled security team is much safer than being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
