[The video feed starts up, and this guy is being shown in front of the camera. Sun does his best to change his voice to sound more..cutesy cat like. The cat for his part is just looking around boredly as he’s being held in front of the camera.]

Hey there. My name is…well, I don’t have a name yet. My owner, Sun Wukong, hasn’t given me one yet. But he has put me in charge of SSSN apartment, which is just purrfect for me. As new head cat in charge, my first decree is to ban all suits. Sun fought hard against this one because he loves suits, but I won out! No more suits in the house. Or ties, they are necktraps or something. I have spoken!

Second decree is..all tuna belongs to me. Not just tuna in this house, but in all houses. Bring me your tuna! And my third and final decree is that dogs suck. If you are a dog, I’m sorry, but you suck. That is all.

Also did anyone see the thing about the Candy Man being apprehended in Attleton? Sun totally did that. And he's proud that it was mentioned in the paper! He almost got blown up nabbing that guy.

Here's a video of Frost standing on Weiss's bed, lifting up one paw to try to play with the cat on the recording while Weiss records him and talks. She tried to change her voice, but mostly she just ended up in 'omg it's a puppy' tone. ]

I think you have the w'ong idea, Mistew Cat! I'm Fwost and dogs don't suck! No they don't, no they dooon't~

I don't have the wrong idea at all. As a great cat philosopurr once said "cats rule and dogs drool." I am ruler of an entire house. That's more than a tiny little hound like you as accomplished!

Of course I can! And..uh..the tuna that I can't eat right away..I will store for later! I will have a whole place just to store it.

[It's pretty normal when someone is giving the cat a voice.]

[There's a look of confusion as the duo watch this video, along with a certain other comment. What in the world was happening? Medicine glances at her smaller companion, realization coming quickly to her as she gives a big grin. Ah, pretend right? She knew that game! She did.

The little doll might try to fly away as Medcine takes her small hand and pulls her over to the camera, carefully manipulating her limbs into a wave. Said doll looks... rather confused and not all too sure about this. Well, the man has a tail so he's not human, right? It was okay to indulge him in a silly game.]

You don't scare me, Cat! I'm Su-san and I declare that tuna is for everyone!

[What is tuna anyway? Medicine doesn't remember. Eh, oh well.]

[ None would be prepared for the day in which Weiss made sure to employ dramatic camera work, a bacon strip, and the complete lack of self-awareness that can only come from Weiss Schnee being exposed to cute dogs.

When the response comes, the lights in the room are dimmed and the dog is illuminated only by a flashlight on the bed. Frost is standing on his hind legs, waving his paws in the air like a dramatic villain. (He's actually trying to stand up for the bacon strip Weiss is holding off-camera, but that's besides the point.) ]

Wanwanwanwan! [ Weiss guffawed in her best impression of what a dog barking like an evil laughter would sound like. ] You know not what's in store for you, Cat! [ Weiss zooms the camera in, panning up slightly as she gets closer to Frost's face-- and he's distracted by the bacon so he doesn't really care yet. ] Your wack of wision is astownding! Wif such an attituwde, it will be easy to take ovew Genessia one home at a twime, yes it will! First it will be your homes, then awll your tuna, then there won't be any fish left fow you to covet at awll! You will weep as you beg fowgiveness of your canine ovewword, hoping for but a swingle scwap of tuna to wick off the gwound!

[ And then Frost smacks the camera with his paw because it got too close, so there's just a close up of Frost's paw hanging out on the camera lens...]

No. But it is a tribute to him, sorta! You get them when you master airbending and the bison were the original airbenders.

Bending? You mean like that Zuko guy that my owner told me about? He could do stuff with Fire and he's called a Firebender. So you must be able to do stuff with air? [That would also make this guy from Zuko's world too..]

The Proletariat United Revolutionary Rebellion won't be able to- [Sun pauses for a second and says the words to him.]

Oh. PURR. [Clever.] they won't be able to touch me. I am top cat in this place, and they wouldn't be foolish enough to move against me!

[Geeze, Weiss. Those camera shots were pretty good! Lighting is also pretty good too, as is getting the dog to stand up on its hind legs. But how in the world do you come up with all of that so quickly..you would think she had already figured out how to make silly little voiceover videos with her dog before this. ~~He really wants to know what Zuko is going to think when he sees this.]~~

He lets out a gasp for the cat.] You fiend! To think you not only target my tuna, but all of Genessia itself. I should have expected such a dastardly plan from a hound like you. I won’t let you do it. As top cat of this place, I can’t let you do as you please. You won’t lay a single paw on any of my tuna. The only one that will roll over and beg is you. And when I defeat you and lock you away in the deepest, darkest doggy kennel, you will whine for freedom, but you will not get it!

[If this was supposed to be taken seriously, then everyone involved with come off as really silly. Sun is pretty glad that people caught onto the fact that he's just having some fun. Also he's not sure what to make of that doll that was previously floating but..he's seen some weird things here already, so.]

You should be afraid, Su-san! When I put my paw down about something, that means its final. And I'm putting my paw down on this! Tuna is for me and I will only share it with those that I deem worthy of it's purrfect taste. If you go against me..I will punish everyone by taking all fish for myself as well!

[Ties are neck traps? She's going to have to remember that..]

I know cats like tuna, but what about those who like tune too? It seems a bit unfair to ask for them to give you the tuna they have.

It's useful that I know how to speak cat as I can understand all of this.

Pretty much. It seemed like a pretty fun way of introducing the guy around. [He's not sure how the cat feels about it, but he's doesn't seem to be getting angry or anything.]
