Krillin had been out investigating the Bay's old location after checking on the new one, making sure that the new location had everything it needed for the new arrivals. When he saw the lights beneath the surface of the water, he couldn't help but reach out and touch one. When he did... he didn't really like what he saw. It wasn't exactly a pleasant memory.

When he pulled his hand back, he stumbled back, falling into a sitting position. It was weird to have that memory come back to him now. He flopped back on his back, not caring about the water as he stared upward for a moment.
