[ When Lucy went to sleep last night, dreaming of her friends, she didn't expect to wake up in an entirely new world. She also didn't expect to see the friend she wanted to see most of all, to have been brought to that same world with her. But... she couldn't help but smile. It was amazing how much brighter you could view a situation when you knew you weren't alone anymore. Sure, she was trapped on another world - but that's happened before. More importantly, someone she hadn't seen in a year, who she never stopped thinking about, was with her. She turned her attention back to the pamphlet, musing to her companion. Once they were settled somewhere she'd... she shook her head, focusing. ]

So it looks like the first thing we should do is find a place to stay - and a job. That shouldn't be so hard. Maybe... and maybe we'll be able to get some information about this Genessia from the locals too.

[ Since Fairy Tail was disbanded, and they couldn't expect it to be here won't they be surprised when they go to Fayren and see the branch there~! ]

[ OOC: Introing like a boss! Also there may be threadjackings, since Natsu will be with her. :3 Anyone who may have known Lucy back when she was here before, feel free to still remember her, though she'll look different now and won't remember them. ]

After being transported back and forth between worlds on multiple occasions, Natsu had started taking the transition better with each repetition. However his arrival to Genessia had two advantages from the one in the previous world. One was that he was close to Lucy from the start meaning he found her as soon as he was out of the pod. The other was sweet sweet terra firma. AFter being forced to live on a giant airship while traveling the alien world in search for a way back to Earthland, it was so good to have solid ground under his feet.

That being said there were some differences. What had happened not too long ago had happened yet again before he woke here. He had new memories from Earthland. Ones that involved him tracking down Gray to stop future Rogue's warning from coming true. As it turned out Gray had not been corrupted and after reuniting the whole team for the first time in over a year, they had taken the fight to Avatar. Only for Natsu to suddenly wake up in the pod. But rather than tell Lucy about these things, he decided to keep it in until they were settled properly.

"Yeah finding a job shouldn't be too hard for us." We're both stronger than ever!" Natsu pointed out with a proud puff of his chest.

She'd have to agree on both of those advantages. Although it seemed he knew more than she did about things back home, she'd learn that later when they had a moment to take in the full scope of what happened. Also, as interesting as it was traveling on an airship, being on the ground was her preferred place to be.

She chuckled at Natsu's boast - but she knew it wasn't just bragging, she could sense that his power had gotten a LOT stronger. "That's true," she agreed with a chuckle, "Especially you, Natsu. You must have done a lot of training in the past year."

Koishi had started visiting the bay again. With the memory-stars gone it was safe. At least, as far as she knew. She was sitting on the edge, dressed in her usual yellow and green. She had removed her shoes and was currently splashing her feet in the water. She paused as a sound met her ears, looking up, blinking and tilting her head.

She felt a vague recollection. A mind that she was familiar with but was, at the same time, distant. Someone she had not seen for a long time. But still, it was someone she remembered. And that was more than she could say for a lot of people.

Floating up, she shook off her feet, grabbing her shoes and socks and slipping them on. She took a moment to fiddle with the heart clips, making sure they properly secured the arteries before drifting forward to investigate...

Its not likely Lucy would see Koishi before the little youkai impacted her in a tight and very sudden hug, complete with multiple blue tendrils winding around her several times. Without prior memories of Koishi or exceptional observational skills she was nearly invisible after all.

"HELLO MISS!" She was nearly shouting, her voice echoing around the bay. "Hello hello hello! I remember you now! I missed you so much!" In an instant Lucy's feet had left the water, the tiny youkai lifting her into the air and spinning around a few times, laughing. "Its been months! Moooonths! I was afraid you weren't coming baaaaaack!"

"Heh speak for yourself. That Taurus outfit of yours looked pretty strong too." Natsu pointed out with a big happy grin before Lucy was suddenly captured by what sounded like a little girl.

"Hey?! What are you doing with Lucy?!" After the close shave with the torture guy he might be a little bit overprotective of his partner. Just a little bit more than usual anyway.

Lucy grinned at him, about to respond when the exuberant voice of what sounded and appeared to be a little girl suddenly distracted her. "Hu-WAUGH!" Wait wait what's going on? OHGOD sudden glomp. OHGOD TENDRILS. WHAT IS GOING ON.

"Wha- hey-hey-!!" Put down the Lucy! She's getting dizzy! "What a.. are you talking about, months--? Who are you? --and put me down..! Please?" And especially put the extra ...things away. Gah.

Koishi spun once more before setting Lucy down, the tentacles unwinding and retracting back up into her sleeves. Her third eye bobbed and weaved in the air, the artery over her left shoulder twisting into a more defined heart. "I missed you so much!"

She was hovering at about eye level, her eyes so bright in the dim light of the bay. "You've been gone for months!" She paused, glancing to Natsu and then back to Lucy, her smile diminishing somewhat. "Do you... Not remember me?" She tilted her head a little to one side. "It's okay if you don't. Sometimes people forget me when they don't see me for a long time."

Natsu couldn't really feel any sense of danger from this girl though he couldn't really decide what he felt either. She was unusual to be sure. For now he'd keep his eye on Koishi just in case anything funny popped up. His magic wasn't sealed or restricted wiht crystals or seal stone either so he had all the tools required to protect Lucy if it came down to it.

"I guess she's gotta be a friend of yours."

Once she was set down again, she only looked more confused. But getting a better look at the little girl hovering there, she felt a little bad that she couldn't remember a person like that. She seemed adorable! ... ... just...adorable with tentacles. Shudder. AHEM.

She cast an unsure glance towards Natsu, "But... I've never been to this place, I don't know where I could have met her..." She glanced back at Koishi, frowning, "I'm sorry - what do you mean I've been gone for months...? This is the first time I've been to this place --er... what was your name?"

Koishi paused... the heart unwinding a bit, the little youkai tilting her head to the side. "Oh... Ohhhh..." She deflated quite a bit. "I see... Sometimes people are here for awhile and then they vanish. And then they come back without any memories."

She drifted forward again, entirely too close for comfort. "Yes. You're the same miss." She drifted back a little. "I'm Koishi Komeiji. A satori youkai." Her smile had returned. "A long time ago you came here and we went around saving people from burning buildings because a really mean man dropped fire from the sky. His name was..." Her forehead wrinkled, pursing her lips. "Uhh..." Pause. "Lucifer...?"

Natsu frowned faintly hearing Koishi's words. Memories were a pretty big deal for Natsu so to know they'd lost something as important was that wasn't very encouraging. Still that was when an idea struck him since this girl seemed to know Lucy so well.

"Hey you say you know Lucy right? You know where she lived last time she was here?"

It was a bit disturbing for Lucy too, honestly. Also Koishi what are you doing, there's only one person who can invade her personal space, and you're not him! Wait, what? Relaxing a little when Koishi backed up a bit, she looked at Natsu. Oooh, clever. Turning back to Koishi, she added after a moment. "If you know me, then you must know him too, right...?"

Because obviously Natsu would be with her everywhere she goes - even other universes! ...right?

[There was a wolf laying in the nearby shade, watching The Bay today. One that didn't look like a normal wolf - or smell like one either. The wolf was jet black with red tints at the tip of its hair around its neck, almost making it look like it was wearing a coat with red lining. As soon as Lucy stepped out of The Bay and into its line of sight, the wolf's ears perked up.]

[Blond... busty... pure of heart... Dracula's favorite flavor of blood. For now, the wolf will stick to his shade, but will follow from the shadows as she and Natsu move about.]

"Uhh... She lived in a really nice place in Fayren. I know where it is. I can show you if you like!" Koishi's third eye was invading Lucy's space once more, nudging her shoulder gently.

"And I only know Miss. She's the only one I ever met. But she talked about other people. So she might have talked about you. I dunno. I don't remember. But I like your mind a lot. It's peppy and fun and really nice. It makes me smile."

Natsu frowned slightly hearing that this girl only met Lucy but decided maybe she hadn't known that Lucy for long before she vanished from this place. In which case Koishi had no blame for it.

"Fayren huh? That's a good place as any to start eh?" Natsu said looking to Lucy for her opinion on the matter.

[Natsu caught the unusual scent first given his Dragon Slayer senses and for some reason he couldn't help but be on his guard because of that. So much so that he was blatantly ignoring Lucy's words at the time, instead scanning the surroundings with his eyes to get a bearing on where the source of that unsettling scent came from.]

"Oh? But if it was months ago ..." Well it might not be in the best of conditions. Or she might have been evicted.

...wow, that didn't remind her of her father or anything. For a second she looked like she ate bad fruit, glancing away pensively, but she managed a distracted smile when Natsu spoke up.

"Oh -- yes, it's ... Yeah, could you show us, Koishi?" She smiled a bit more genuinely, shaking her head clear of the cobwebs. "By the way, where do you live?"

It looks like there are bounties we can take too, and they vary in pay - so it's not that different from...Earthland...

[ He's totally not listening. And... the skin on the back of her neck was prickling like someone was watching. She glanced around, and then looked towards Natsu. ]

...maybe we should get off of the street. [ Before someone thought they were green and easy targets. ]

Koishi waited surprisingly patiently, her third eye drifting back to hover in front of her chest. "Yes. I can show you." She reached up and removed her hat, placing it on Lucy's head. "Sometimes I vanish from people's sight and they forget about me. That's my power. So you can wear Mister Hat right now so you don't forget me."

She turned and gestured, leading them out of the bay and toward the Fayren archway. "Where do I live? In Fayren through a sub archway in the capital of Old Hell. It's called Chireiden. I live there with my sister and her pets. There's also the Ancient City and its full of oni, as well as Hell's old furnaces. We can't light them without Okuu though, and she's not here."

Koishi turned around in the air, flying backwards. "You should come visit sometime. Bring a coat because everything is frozen. We can visit the lake that glows! It's full of delicious eels. And then Sis will cook them for us!"

Lucy!? [Erza's mouth is perhaps a little wider than it would normally be, upon seeing her friend. Other than that, however, she's the same Erza Lucy would remember. It had been much less than a year, by her count.

Armor glistening in the light. There's a sword in her hand - the fingers lightly loosened, but still tightly gripping the blade, even in her shock. She had been planning to get a little training in.]

"Sounds like you know a whole bunch of fun places to go and see." Natsu said, smiling boisterously. Each location by itself sounded like an adventure just waiting to be experienced. ANd Adventure was after all Natsu's and the specialty of hiw entire family.

[While he followed, Dracula had been shifting from one form to another, first wolf, then bats, occasionally mist if either peered too hard in his direction. He could sense the power they held, only making Lucy seem more appetizing. However after declaring her intent to leave the streets, Dracula decided he would take his human form, still clinging in the shadows of the nearest alleyway.]

I haven't seen you two around the city before, am I overstepping my boundaries in thinking you're new to this place?

[As he talked, Natsu would likely pick the stench of death off him in droves, and his pale skin and sunken eyes likely weren't helping him look alive.]

[ It had been exactly a year by Lucy's - at least if they were going by how long it had been back home. She stopped short hearing her name, blinking in shock. ]

Erza...? [ Turning to her partner, she put a hand on his arm to get his attention. Even though he probably smelled Erza well before Lucy saw her, or Erza even said anything. ]

Natsu look~!

Did they really want to go to a place called 'Old Hell' though? It didn't bring mental images of sunshine and cupcakes - so it was a little strange to see this little girl such a bundle of joy coming from a place called that.

Don't judge a book by it's cover Lucy; she'd learned that long ago. "That'd be nice -" she agreed with Natsu - then paused. Whoah, Koishi just got her interest with that. "The lake glows? What makes it glow?"

She wants to see that~! A lake that glowed under the stars - that sounded dreamy.

"Yeah it glows reeeeaaaally beautifully! All sorts of greens and blues!" The little satori spun around, picking up the pace of her flying just a little bit. They had a ways to go after all. They should probably find some faster means of travel, but, then again, Koishi had plenty of time.

"The lake is filled with bio-luminescent microscopic things and it glows very faintly and brighter when the water is disturbed. There's little spots of bio-luminescent lichen and mushrooms all around too. It's located a short ways into where the nearest cold naraka begins. Just past the frozen obsidian spires. It's deep and reaches fairly close to the barrier between Old Hell and the Hell of Blazing Fires underneath it so the water doesn't freeze and is warmer than the area around it. That's why things can live there."

She turned around mid-air to look at her two companions. "But you shouldn't ever swim out very far in it. Horrible things live in the deepest parts. Big flat purple things with big mouths that suck in water and teeth as long as my arm. And things even bigger with glowing spots and horns as long across as a bus!"

What's a bus?" Natsu asked with a raised eyebrow. Everything else Koishi didn't even phase him given the kind of big monsters he'd been beating up over the course of the last year back in his world. So knowing what a bus was was much more important by his standards.
