[Orihime hesitates for a moment, unsure of just how much she should describe. He seems like he's seen a lot, though. Maybe it's best to just tell it straight.]

There were two of them. One had her leg ripped off. The other had been blasted into pieces. Even after what they did, I couldn't just leave them like that. I couldn't. So I fixed them both.

It's because I was there at all that they had their pride torn down, replaced with insecurity. It's kind of a long story, I suppose, but I think they found it difficult to accept a human amongst them.

You can't be that soft. Showing weakness like that just gives someone more room to walk all over you.

Maybe. But people can change, too. I don't want to deny them the chance just because they hurt me once.

Yes, Faunus are viewed as freaks in my world. Not only that, but I'm apart of a group that deals with trying to get humans to see us as equals. Although, in order to get there we take out all our frustration and anger on the humans that said we were nothing.

I'm not afraid to rob, kidnap, torture or kill your kind either.

[She's starting to understand why he got so mad about being a helpful prince.]

[She looks down at her knees, then frowns.]

Then again, sometimes there's just nothing you can do or say to change someone's mind about you. If you did nothing, they could hurt you, or the people you care about.

[Orihime exhales and sinks her head onto her knees.]
