Is everyone done playing with the tin robots yet? No? Yes? Well, I guess it doesn't really matter much either way.

[She would have helped if her Master had asked her to but he's not here, so she didn't even bother.]

No, what's important is that I'm hopelessly bored. Now, if I were one of the brawling types I'd use this space to ask for a sparring partner or a victim or something like that. I'm not--so don't get your hopes up. [Master doesn't like her fighting without a reason, anyway.] I did come up with something that might be a little bit interesting.

How about a little challenge, Genessia? That's right. I, the lovely vixen Caster-chan, am challenging you, the citizens of Genessia, to a game of wits! [Insert drum roll here.] Let's see how many of you can guess my riddles! No cheating, unless you want to feel my curses. The first riddle should be an easy one:

What has an eye but cannot see? What is stronger and faster then any man alive but doesn't have any limbs?

Is the answer... A Tornado?

[He did have to think about it for a moment to figure it out.]

That's right! A tornado.

[He sighed a little with relief at that. He wasn't sure if it was that or a hurricane, but he knew at least a tornado has an eye.... He hadn't been sure about the others really. The sigh soon turned into a smile however.]

I'm glad it was right. It was a very good riddle, I must say.

[She gives a nod, grinning.]

Ah, thank you! I'm glad I still got it. Want another one?

I would like another one, if you have one.

[It was a fun little game for him really.]

When you stop and look, you can always see me. If you try to touch you cannot feel me. I cannot move, but as you near me, I will move away from you. What am I?

[He leans back slightly, thinking it over and over again. His mind wondering about the answer. It takes him a bit longer this time but he always likes to make sure he's got it.]

Is the answer the horizon?

Eh--?! I thought you'd miss that one for sure.

So I got it right?

[He looks so happy right now.]

Can I tell you a riddle now?

You did!

[She's still rather surprised that he got it right but she's smiling a bit.]

Go right ahead. I bet I can solve it.

Okay then how about this...

I crawl on the earth and cling to a pillar. What am I?

A caterpillar, obviously. It crawls on its belly then clings to a branch or a stick to become a butterfly.

That is incorrect. Although that makes sense, it is not the answer to the riddle.

Eh--?! I thought I had it for sure. What about a shadow, then?

You got it the second time. It was a shadow. The objects or us are the pillars it clings to after all.

I'll get you back with an even more difficult riddle for fooling me!

[At least it's not a curse.]

What goes in the water black and comes out red?

I didn't fool, it was a rather hard riddle.

[This one was a little harder and gave him a while to think about it. What things go in black and come out red.]

Well, I guess it's obviously an animal of some kind... [It wasn't one of those jokes, but what animal changes colour in water? After another five minutes it struck him.]

Oh! Is it a lobster? Because they are always a different colour before they are cooked.

So is this one. [She thinks she finally stumped him but--]

You got it. A boiled lobster is red but they're usually brown or black before they go in the pot.

[he just smiles happily. They were getting harder but he sees it as a game and doesn't say much until he is certain. He's kind of glad he really did think about it.]

That was a tough one really. You seem to know a lot of riddles.

I've just been around the metaphorical block once or twice, that's all.

Interesting. Ah, I should actually get going to work, but this was really fun.
