[Hikari never really went to a formal event before. The closest thing she figured she had was a friends birthday party. So as she wondered around and looked in various windows, she had little to no idea of where to start and it was obvious by the confused look on her face.]

[As for Satsuki, she's actually already done for the day. In fact, she's about ready to head on home when she suddenly catches sight of a familiar face.

Her brows furrow, and the Nova Guardian's course changes to head on over to the young girl- She herself is dressed pretty casually (under request of a certain Nonon) in just a light shirt, jeans and windbreaker.]

Yagami? Are you here by yourself?

[She looked over slightly, giving a small nod quite quickly.]

Ah, yes. I usually am when I go out. [Pretty much most of the time when she isn't working.] It's nothing new for me though.

Nothing new.. I wonder if that is by choice.

[And if it is by choice, then how wise is it. Either way she shakes her head and continues; attempting not to look unfriendly- But the girl is probably used to her serious expressions by now.]

What brings you here today?

[Judging by Hikari's expression, she likely isn't shopping for supplies.]

Oh, I was looking for formal wear. I'm kind of not use to wearing fancy clothes unless it's for a birthday party and even then, it's not that fancy.

[So it made it harder for her to tell what would be suitable and what might not. Though she had some idea at least.]

Are you going to the ball thing?

I will; along with my associates. I hope you plan to attend with someone; I doubt it will be a very entertaining event for you.

[She considers the situation a moment.]

There are a couple of things you should consider then; the first being your favorite color, and second if you would prefer to wear a dress or a kimono to this event.

I'm going alone at the moment, so I don't know, but I won't know until the day comes.

[She ponders on the two questions however, she didn't think about wearing kimono, but she didn't think this was the type of party in which that would be the best idea.]

Ah, that gives me some idea, though I don't think I'll wear a kimono, but maybe someday I'd like too.

[Is Hikari still wandering around doing things by herself? Satsuki really isn't sure how to take this- but she feels partly to blame in the matter. That said.]

Excellent. However I would suggest you just rent one, formal dresses are not very cheap and it is doubtful we will have many high-class events such as this- you may also want to take into account that you are still growing.

Summer will be here soon; there will be chances wear a yukata at least.

Renting one. Do you know of any places that one can do that?

[She hadn't really taken that into account if she had to admit it to herself, but she guessed that was a much better idea.]

Summer is coming up... That is something to look forward to at least. Though I don't think there is much to do here for a summer break.

I believe I have seen such a store just upstairs.

[She pauses a moment to glance to her watch, then turns to head to the escalators.]

Come with me. While there were not many recreational activities last year, I have a feeling that may change this year around with so many people about.

[She pauses a moment.]

But I will see what I can arrange when the time comes. What would you be interested in seeing?

[She looks up, so it really wasn't that far. That should be easy enough to be able to get one then. At least she hoped she could find a nice one to rent.]

Okay... [She paused before speaking again, thinking about thing she wanted to do.]

Well...I personally wanted to go camping. But I couldn't back home because I fell ill when camp came about. but there isn't that many places one can do that. But can you imagine how nice to will be being outside in the night and looking up at the stars.

Camping.. That is an interesting idea.

[Of course Hikari surely isn't speaking of boot-camp; and while Satsuki doesn't share the same fondness for stare-gazing, she can understand it's appeal- so she nods anyway.]

There are more areas suitable for such activity than you might expect. Gothorita may be particularly interested in something like that so let us suppose I could arrange such an event with three or four trustworthy people. Would you be interested in taking her along?

Camping is always fun, so I'm glad you think it's interesting.

[She gave a small nod. She was always happy to take Gothorita along whenever she could really. She always enjoyed her company.]

Is it? Where I am from camping is used more for survival training. For it to also serve as a recreational activity is rather curious.

[Once the duo reach the top of the escalator, then make a turn to the left, there does appear to be a dressmaking store.]

It would. The relationship between Gothorita and I is a quiet one. I think she understands that I am not really the type to play many games; but when she is around you she acts.. Differently. In a good way, of course.

Perhaps while she does not feel she needs to play, she actually does.

Survival training? Really?

[She always saw it as fun, not something that she needed to learn to survive. Then again she did learn a few things, although that would have been if she had actually been able to go.]

I guess playing with some is always good, she seems to learn what others like and acts accordingly to that. Which is good in some ways.

Indeed; should one find themselves stranded in a wild area, it is beneficial to know how to handle yourself. [Beat.] Until help arrives.

In fact.. I suppose that would be more than enough reason for me to be involved; I could teach some of those things.

[Following that, she nods in agreement to Kairi's talk of the pokemon. Eventually the duo reach the store.]

That is an interesting note; I shall keep that in mind.

[She smiles a tiny bit more, she would like that a lot in her mind anyway.]

Though... I assume I have some idea of what though, if it's a benefit then I'd be willing to learn.

Certainly.

I would be willing to teach anyone willing to learn. You seem the type to know the basics, such a making a campfire and the like, but I know much more. We'll talk more when the time is near.

[And with that, she doesn't seem intent on following Kairi inside the shop.]
