[ Action ]
[ His steps were measured, fine leather shoes wearing a groove into the earth beneath him as he paced back and forth next to the pod like device he had arrived in. Wrapped around Loke’s fingers was the gold chain from the necklace he found inside the box, the stones swinging steadily in a counter clockwise spin. This uneasy feeling, something like worry but thicker, has been rippling through his stomach since waking up and it only continued to intensify the longer he stayed put. Nothing felt right. He hadn't been summoned by Lucy, that was painfully obvious, but that was about the only thing he could piece together. There was a hot, bright white void in his mind and it seemed to have sucked in everything that occurred right before he woke up in this place. ]
Genessia. [ His voice was low, rasp from non-use and entirely rough around the edges. Like someone had poured gravel down his throat. Hazel eyes drifted over to the pamphlet discarded on the ground and they stared hard for a long moment, the currency tucked away in his back pocket, before a humorless chuckle escaped him like some kind of afterthought. ] Yeah, sure -- why not.
[ Loke finally moved away from his pod, pace listless, destination multiple choice but more than likely he'll head to the nearest city. There were many things to be done. First and foremost, he had to verify that Lucy wasn't in danger and perfectly fine. Second, he'd need to find a way back to the celestial spirit world. The latter didn't weight too heavily on him, he'd survive but Lucy was a major concern. Gripped tight in his other hand was the videophone and he squeezed it once or twice before finally deciding to turn it on. ]

The scenery is nice.
[ The video feed should have come with a seizure warning because the device was still held in his hand, rocking back and forth at his side, colorful blurs filling the screen for a few seconds before Loke finally brought the device steady in front of his face. He fussed with his hair for a moment before offering a slight grin. ]
Dear wonderful inhabitants of Genessia, I seem to have found myself shipwrecked on your shores. This is a problem. An issue -- well, slight one, of sorts. I've already used most of my vacation time this year and waking up in a pod was in no way including in that. [ He looks away from the screen for a moment, head tilted to the side. ] My name is Loke. Leo. Loverboy, if the mood lighting warrants it. Neither here nor there, I suppose. If someone could find it in their heart to give me some kind of context to how or why I've found myself here, I'd appreciate it greatly.

Lucy?
[ It took him a few seconds to find her, hazel eyes searching around him but when they finally did, and his heart swelled just a bit at the sight of the tiny blonde. She was alright, everything was fine -- well, relatively. His legs ached to dash over towards the young girl but he made sure to remain collected. Slow, composed steps cut the distance between the two of them away until he was standing in front of her. Then nothing. The two of them stood there, staring at one another for the longest time. Every line, lash, and dimple was where it was supposed to be. Sluggishly a smile tugged at the corners of his mouth and he moved to warp his arms around her. ]
I'm glad you're alright. [ Pause. ] And not at all surprised you've let yourself be kidnapped away to a place like this. Honestly, Lucy.

Of course I'm all right... [ She huffs a little. ] I didn't ask to get spirited away to a place like this..! And.. I'm not the only one who ended up here either. There's Natsu, Erza and Gray as well.
... Zeref also.

Well -- obviously that's not surprising. Like at all. You four never do anything without one another, the codependency is staggering. Suppose it's a good thing in a situation like this. [ The last name, Zeref, actually caught him off guard for a moment but he doesn't let it show, flicking his tongue against the roof of his mouth before continuing on. ] How long has everyone been here and has there been any headway made in getting us out? Are you able to use your keys here?
no subject
We -are- teammates after all. [ Yeah, that's the reason. ] It's just really lucky that whatever brought us here, brought us here together. We've been here ..maybe a week or so, but there isn't any way to go back. But the pamphlet we get says that time stops back home while we're here. Ah, and I can use my keys here, yes.

I guess that's why we're not that much in a rush to go back - besides, I spoke with one of the other girls who was brought to this place with friends of hers, and she said that even though there's a way to open a door back home, it's not 'real'.
I looked into it, and the price you'd have to pay to even do something like that - it's just too high. In the other place we were told if we won the war we'd all be able to get sent back home if we wanted. It might be the same way here, but thats not something we're going to be able to find out that quickly.
[ And she had Natsu with her here - and Erza, and now Loke! So knowing that time 'waited' back home, she wasn't in that much of a rush. Besides, there was a lot to explore here yet, and a chance of uncovering the way home would only happen through exploring. She smiled at mention of a tour. ]
I haven't looked around much myself - just here, and in Fayren, but Erza's been to Nova City and-
[ Eep. Once again Loke wastes no ctime, and Lucy was caught off guard for a second by him taking her hands. She blushed at the question, momentarily flustered as she pulled her hands back. ]
T-They're fine enough. [ .. though she'd never admit it, but she'd gotten used to Natsu sleeping in the bed near her. Not only was it warm, but she always felt safe when he was with her. Of course, now that Erza was in the room with them she had to get used to staying in the bed alone and Natsu had to sleep on the floor, poor guy. ]
Um... why don't we go to Fayren first? [ Erza or the others might be there and then they can all explore together. ] We've kind of picked that district as our unofficial place to stay.

When she mentions there being a price to pay, he was instantly intrigued. Choosing not to mention it just then, he made a mental note to revisit that topic after he settled himself into whatever this situation was; whatever it called for. ]
Fine enough doesn't sound that tender at all. [ He tightened his mouth to one side for a second, as if contemplating something. ] Tell you what, I'll do some judging of my own. If the bed isn't up to snuff, then I'll just have to get us a better one.
[ His word choice is direct and entirely on purpose because he generally doesn't find Lucy any more enchanting then when she blushes; when red paints her cheeks and the shells of her ears and it's hard for her to maintain eye contact. Slightly chilled hands find comfort in the depths of his pant pockets. ]
Lead the way, lovely.

"Us"?
[ She stammers for a second, shaking her head quickly and holding up her hands. Nooooo no. NO us. ]
That is REALLY not necessary! I like the room I have right now. The bed is comfortable! [ Just perfect for one person! Maybe two but she's not mentioning that part. ]
Besides, my room is really cramped since it's not just me, but Gray's got a room right next door. I bet he won't mind if you stay with him in the other bed.
[ And that's assuming he can't pass through the Gate. It's really a matter of if he can't, or choosing not to. Coughing slightly, she turned to head towards the gateway to Fayren. ]
So um.. do you have any other questions? [ She did - like if the whole timeline thing had any effect on the celestial world, if he remembered Exsilium- eheh. ]

[ His grin, though faint and barely turning the corner of his lips, was present. Loke had no intention on forcing himself into Lucy's bed but consider his interest piqued because now he's honestly wondering who stays in her room. ]
No other questions, really. You know I'm more of a hands on type of guy. [ He nodded in agreement with himself, his words oddly sincere despite the slight leer, as they started towards where ever Lucy was intent on taking them. ] Things come together better with immersion, not inquiry.
[ Hazel eyes stick in front of them as they moved, tongue peeking out to heal chapped lips. The odd feeling swishing in his gut from when he first arrived is back, the tide increasingly rough the more they moved around this place. Nothing about this Genessia made him feel comfortable in his own skin and idly he wondered if it was just him. ]
And you -- questions? You've apparently been gone for a decade now, filled me in on you, but haven't bothered to ask me how I've been. [ His tone suggested faux indignation. ] Which hurts Lucy, I thought you cared.
no subject
But I've been able to summon Taurus and the others and send them back, I .. unless it's this place, I might be able to try a Forced Gate Closure. [ If she can't, well, she can at least hope that it doesn't drain his energy while he's here. ]
A-anyway, yes, proximity! Next door is close enough isn't it? [ Ahhahaha..ah.. Loke why did you have to say that. Hands on type of guy indeed. And she pouts at the last comment. ]
Loke that's not fair, you know I care..! [ Hmph! PUffy cheeks and all. She grins. ] How Have you been..?
[Still he is a fellow guild member so Natsu answers him all the same.]
Not even a day in and you're already hitting on all the girls in a new place huh?

[ His tone was light yet there's still under current of boredom, mostly for effect. Loke honestly likes Natsu -- the kid is entertaining as hell with a good heart, and he's saved Lucy time and time again. So he has that going for him. But Natsu also annoys the living hell out of him when it comes to said celestial wizard and the way the pink haired boy wants her all to himself yet can't fire up the right amount of cognitive thought to shape his want into words.
Loke has no problem vocalizing his desire for Lucy, and will continue to do so until one of two things happen: the blonde finally gives into his advances and allows him to sweep her off her feet, or she picks Natsu. Which very well could happen, he sees it in her eyes. And that'll be the end of it, he'll gracefully bow out. ]
Shocking to see your face -- were you dragged here or was this trouble you came looking for?
no subject
[Honestly the fact that he even bothers mentioning these things is plenty proof that he's slowly waking up to certain things. Not his fault that he's slow though. Getting raised by a dragon that abandons you for no reason before you even hit puberty can do that to you. He just needs the right guidance. Though at least his time in Exsilium taught him one thing in particular. Lucy makes him really happy. That and kissing is nice when with her.]
If I had the power to show up cause I wanted to I would've taken Lucy out of here and back to Earthland you know. Nah we showed up from another parallel world where we'd been stuck in for over a year. Showed up here on the very same day.

[ Natsu could take that however he wanted, Loke has been known to wax poetic about nothing at all. The celestial spirit turned a corner, intent on making his way into the city at some point even though his pace lagged. His brow arches in the slightest as Natsu continued to talk, even more so when he mentioned Lucy's name. ]
So Lucy has found her way here too -- you two ever think about not being abducted again and again. I mean, you are wizards of the most powerful guild in Earthland. [ He rolled his eyes, at Natsu or himself is hard to say. ] Though I suppose I'm not one to talk, obviously I'm stuck in the same predicament.
no subject
Guess we'll see.
[Because Loke does have the habbit of flaunting his conquests if his days at the guild were any indication. And then he goes into weirdo mode with his fancy analogy.]
Whatever you say.
[He's not going anywhere near the topic of ripe people and fine wine.]
Oh yeah because we always put out ads and wear signs that say "Please kidnap us so you can get destroyed afterwards." These places don't care about who why or when they take people from. Besides Erza and Gray are here too. And the guy who apparently is Zeref.
[Someone he's keeping his distance from because the guy has an unhealthy obsession with dying.]
no subject
[ He shakes his head dissmively, not at all surprised that these four can't seem to be pulled apart. Empires have fallen more easily than getting one of them away from the others. The camera feed drops to the ground for a second, Loke needing to stretch the muscles in his arm, before returning steady to his face. Frankly Natsu wasn't the first person he wanted to talk to in a situation like this but he wasn't exactly unhelpful; the information given to him so far was useful enough.
He had learned Lucy was here after all. ]
Whether or not this place doesn't care who they take, you might honestly want to start looking into the possibility that you are some kind of perpetual metaphysical beacon for trans-reality kidnapping.
no subject
[The feeling was definitely mutual though Loke was a guild member after all so Natsu couldn't not fill him on on his side of thing.]
Say what's the last thing you remember before showing up here.
