[Mint green hair falls in front of her face like a curtain as she slowly rises. There is another box and a familiar set of writing inside. She remembers being home; creating memories with those she met after the Empire’s control wore away. Why hadn’t she remembered this place too? She’s surprised to see herself here again but she can’t help but also wonder: how long has it been?

Terra doesn’t waste time. She knows where she is but she needs to determine what has changed. She takes the box in hand, roughly knowing its contents and walked from the bay area.

Delicate fingers shield her bright blue eyes from the light as she takes in the sights. She doesn’t expect to meet anyone she had known from before and part of her truly hopes she doesn’t. She wasn’t herself then.]

[She remembers how the deceives work and with her added memories of home, using it became significantly easier.]

Hello. [Terra is a little awkward at first, her voice quiet and delicate like a songbird.] I was here before but it’s been some time. I don’t know how long it has been. My name is Terra.

If someone could please let me know what is happening or if anyone here recognizes me. I’d very much like to speak. I’d also like help with a few other things. I want things to be different this time so I’m going to start doing that now.

[Terra follows her gaze and then smiles.]

You like flowers then?

[She nods.]

They're pretty, and they smell really nice! [A smile.] They really add to the atmosphere, too. I think even the gloomiest of places would look a lot happier if people planted flowers in them.

[Terra nods.]

I think you're right. That's why I want my store... to bright light to dark places.

[Her face beams.]

I can't wait to see what the cities look like after your shop opens. I bet they'll be really beautiful! [She imagines even Everglade will be more tolerable.]

Thank you but... I don't think it will make that much of a difference.

[Even if she can only bring one smile, then it's worth it. She doesn't expect to change the cities.]

[Terra does have a point. She still thinks Everglade will look a lot better, though.]

It'll be a start, at least. That's better than nothing.

That's true.

[Terra's pace slows as they approach the garden. It's as she remembers it though the plants have grown a little bit more since then.]

[As they get closer, the smile on her face grows and becomes brighter. It's clear the plants have been given lots of love—or, at the very least, were well-protected. Regardless, she likes the sight before her.]

It’s beautiful.

[Her words are soft spoken like a statement more than a comment. It truly is a sight that warms Terra’s heart and so she steps forward feeling the life around her as she moves through the park. She pauses after a moment glancing at Wendy curiously.]

I used to come here often.

[At times she’d fall asleep under one of these trees without even realizing she’d closed her eyes.]

[She nods in agreement.]

Really? [She glances around.] It looks like a great place to read and enjoy sweets.

[Terra nods though she isn't familiar with sweets or reading. She knows how to read of course but she has been treated differently in her world meaning basic tasks are a little foreign to her.]

Is there a bookstore in town?

A bookstore...

[She takes a moment to think.]

There are, but... They aren't really big and don't carry a lot of books. [In particular, they don't really seem to carry fairytales or adventurous romances, both which she really likes.] I usually take out books from the library, but it'd be nice if I could own them.

[Terra nods.]

Perhaps later I'll grab a book then.

[Most likely from the library because as much as Terra likes history books she also likes stories with happy endings.]

[She smiles. It's always nice meeting someone who also enjoys reading!]

What kinds of stories do you like to read?

Whatever I can find.

[She hasn't really thought about it.]

I like happy stories though.

I see. [She reminds her a bit of Levy.] I really enjoy happy stories, too, especially if they're fairytales...or stories of adventure and love!

[Terra nods.]

I wasn't able to reach much before. I might now but I don't know.

[She likes books but there are other things she wants to focus on.]

I think I am going to walk around the park and stay here for a time. You can stay if you'd like but I don't want to keep you.

[She nods, agreeing with that sentiment. After she joined Fairy Tail, things became really busy for her, so she hardly ever found time to read. Not that she minded, of course—she had a lot of fun!]

I... I think I'm going to stay a little. [That tree over there looks like a great place to rest under. She kind of wants to people watch for a while.]

[Terra nods but says nothing more. She walks over through the garden looking for the tree that she had often fallen asleep under.]
