[In response to Fai’s video, Sakura wants to prove herself. She dons her most stubborn expression and turns on the camera.]

I know that Fai-san has said some things about me. I’m not saying that it doesn’t happen but I don’t want to be trouble for anyone.

[The scene behind her shifts slightly showing the sky somewhere in Nova city.]

That isn’t why I wanted to call everyone though. I wanted to thank everyone who’s helped me so far. I’m going to start working at the Café and I’m going to try and make my own desert so when I do everyone should come down and try them!

[Sakura smiles brightly though it only last a moment before she drops the communicator. The screen shows part of the road and a tall building in the distant. After another long moment there is a loud clamor and then a delicate hand falls into view.]

2 Hours later…

Action

[She doesn’t mean to faint but she is weak without having more of her features. Sakura slowly wakes up finding herself somewhere new. No doubt Fai or someone had come to move her. She rubs the sleep from her eyes looking around for someone that she knows.]

[A familiar face flicks on the screen. Her cheeks are flushed brightly but she’s otherwise composed.]

I’m so sorry if I worried anyone. Please excuse me.

[The irony isn’t lost on her considering Fai’s PSA but Sakura can’t help but feel a little down from the incident.]

[She’s planning to bring some small cakes from Cat’s Eye Café.]

Fai-san met well. He's worried for me. [It seems like everything is looking out for her.]

I was very annoyed but.. I'm not anymore.

Do+n't be afraid to+ stand up fo+r yo+urself. No+ amo+unt o+f go+o+d intentio+ns justifies that kind o+f behavio+r.

Set bo+undaries. If he's truly yo+ur friend he will listen to+ yo+u. If no+t then yo+u sho+uld evaluate whether he's truly a po+sitive influence o+n yo+ur life, o+r just so+meo+ne else trying to+ use yo+u.

[She can understand where she's coming from except that she wouldn't even be around if it wasn't for Fai and the others. She knows he isn't perfect and sometimes his actions don't make a lot of sense but she knows that he does care.]

It's scary caring about people and know they might be hurt.

[Sakura pauses.]

I lost my memories and Fai-san's been doing what he can to help as well as protect me...I want to protect myself too but.. [She isn't strong like the others. She's just a princess who's very far from home.]

[ Especially if it's that douchebag who's making her feel like she's too fragile to exist in normal society. ]

I hope so.

[There is strength inside of her but it was as if that well of power is being stored for what she has yet to face.]

[Sakura shakes her head and then smiles.]

You have a really good heart. [Though the young princess doesn't always understand why it is people do what they do. She had heard the conversation between her and Fai and she blames herself that those two might not get along.]

[ Porrim smiled. She didn't know a lot of people who actually appreciated her meddling and fussing habits. ]

[At first Sakura is confused because she has no idea what a hear chute is but after a second she smiles brightly.]

[She bows slightly though the gesture is lost a little through the video.]

[Well, as soon as Zelos had seen that video, he had gone out to try and find her. Luckily, it hadn't taken long, and she wasn't too heavy to carry, but... well, was taking back to his place really such a good idea? He was trying to help, of course he was, but he knew Fai'd probably have his head for this anyway. Sigh.

When Sakura woke up, she'd find herself lying on a bed in a rather empty, undecorated spare room. It used to be Falan's room, but since she left, he figured Ishtar wouldn't mind him letting Sakura use it until she woke up.

Zelos himself came in a little while after she started stirring.]

Hm? Hey, you're up.

[Sakura slowly rises rubbing the sleep from her eyes. She still feels tired but she doesn't want to keep sleeping.]

Yes, I'm sorry.

[She doesn't recognize the place but she knows him so she immediately relaxes.]

[The apology made him wince slightly, but he quickly covered that with a warm smile. He'd dealt with Colette's constant apologising for far too long.]

How're you feeling? You're in Everglade City at the moment, my place.

I’m just tired. [And feeling weak but she doesn’t want to say so. Her eyes glance around the room curiously before landing back on Zelos.]

Well, feel free to rest up here a little while. The girl who used to have this place left Genessia a while back.

[He shrugged, folding his hands behind his head.]

Hey, don't worry about it.

[Sakura nods and then resists the urge to say thank you again. She doesn’t like her own weakness and she wishes that they could find her feather and that her strength would return. Her expression falls slightly into a more serious look while her fingers clench the blanket that had been draped over her.

She’s completely lost in her thoughts and the more she remains staring at the blanket the more tense her expression seems to become.]

[He didn't like the awkward silence, really. After a little while, Zelos just wandered over to the window, staring out across Everglade.]

Guessing you've found settling in a bit of a pain so far?

I just wish I could find my feathers or if the others were here.

[She's really happy that Fai is here. In fact she wouldn't know what to do without him but she wants to be able to stand on her own too and she can't find the feather alone.]

I don't know. I'm happy that Fai- san is here.

Huh? Feathers?

[Wait... her feathers? Was she an angel? Come to think of it, according to Lloyd, Colette did used to collapse from time to time whilst she was undergoing the angel transformation...]

Fai's a great guy, gotta admit that.

He is.

[Even if he keeps things locked away inside but then Sakura does that too. In a way they are a lot alike which is probably why they spent so much time together and why he taught her about baking.

She looks up then with a smile that doesn't feel genuine.]

He's lucky to have so many great friends here.
