[ video/action near the bay ]

[ the video begins with a girl getting up and she's got the videophone in her hand. there's not much seen but her torso and her legs.

as she brings the video up, she's rubbing at her eyes with her other hand and looks completely drenched from the water. the cold...doesn't seem to bother her at all. her hair is a light pink color and when she opens her eyes...they're a bright red like her entire eye is bloodshot. it's honestly a little bit creepy. but her voice is...so soothing ]

This one is so confused... Where has this one come to? [ the brochures and whatnot have fallen into the water as if she didn't really care much for them. ~~how did she even manage to get the videophone on...? probably pressing a bunch of buttons to be honest after she's been freaking out~~ ] Is there anyone that can assist this one? Please?

[ she sits back down in to the water for now ] For now, this one will sit and wait. This one will be drinking when someone arrives.

[At first when the video turns on, no one's there. Anubis regards her from his hiding spot quietly. Why does the strange newcomer talk like that? He frowns and mutters to himself.]

Kabara...

...Is someone there?

[ Cheza's already sat the communicator in front of her as she's sitting in the water with her knees to her chest ]

[There's a quiet gasp as he shies further away. He peeks over the table to glance at her again. Why did she need help? Did she really need it, or was it a trick to hurt other humans? There's something off about her, but he can't pinpoint what. He digs his nails against the table surface and waits for her to lose interest.]

[ when she doesn't hear anything back, she frowns lightly. putting her forehead onto her knees, she puts her arms around her legs ]

This one is all alone...

[Why isn't she leaving? He sneaks into view again. Her voice is kind and her eyes are strange. He thinks he might be missing something, but he's too scared to say anything.]

[ she's quiet for the longest time as she sits in that same spot. she's still waiting for someone to come and get her... anyone, honestly, it doesn't even HAVE to be Kiba ]

[He edges closer--until he knocks something off of the table by accident, creating a loud noise. He startles himself and shouts.]

Bara!

[ Drinking? She doesn't see a glass anywhere. ]

Hello? Are you all right?

Ah! [ she jumps, bringing her head up. her eyes are wide ]

This one has heard you...but cannot understand.

This one is fine though this one is worried... Where is Kiba?

["Heard"? He's in view, but only for a moment. He doesn't question it, too busy running away from his videophone. He's still within earshot, he's just hiding.

He shouldn't be scared, because it's not like she's anywhere near him. When the video cuts off he stares at his videophone for a few more minutes before he comes to a decision. He decides to head to the Bay just to see what happens from a distance. She didn't sound upset, but she might be hurt and close to death if she needs that much help. He'll be able to tell better in person.]

Kiba...? Is that a friend of yours? Mm... if he's here, then I'm sure he'll come for you - but there's a chance he wasn't pulled here with you, I'm sorry.

[ when he arrives, she's still sitting in the water. she's got her hand in it and she's moving it around in a circle. Cheza hums to herself as she's waiting to hear back from someone ]

This is...not good for this one. [ she frowns, looking worried ] There are those who will find this one and take this one away.

[The limiter does just that, limits his powers. But when he gets there, something is distinctly off about her. Like someone tried to fit two things together and it doesn't quite work. Her soul doesn't feel...human. The Bay itself is fine to Anubis, it's peaceful, but he's always afraid someone will wake up, so he usually avoids it.

His hands clasped against his chest, he walks behind her, the only sound made being the movement of the water.]

...Hello? [ she lifts her head to look in the direction of the other when she hears Anubis walking towards her ] Have you come to help this one?

[He freezes, shoulders rising.]

Kabara!

[He still can't tell from here. Instead of walking forward, he darts back until he can hide in the shadows and try to sneak to her side without being noticed.]

You don't have to worry about that. There are people here who won't stand for kidnapping. Besides, those people might not be here either. You do know this.. isn't your world, right?

Are you alright? You're in Genessia. I'm afraid I can't tell you how to get home.

[She doesn't know how much help she can be but she wants to try if she can. Her bright blue eyes shine slightly as she glances at the video. She doesn't seem to shaken up about the girls bright red gaze.]

I don't think you should drink that water...

Fortunately, someone did come, though not because of the video call. Koishi had sensed a new mind waking up in the bay though she had been a short distance away. There wasn't the usual extreme panic or distress that accompanied it... okay well maybe a little, but this mind was different.

The green haired satori drifted over to Cheza, probably slightly more visible due to the highly foreign nature of the girl's mind. She reached out and shook her shoulder gently, head tilted to the side.

"Miss? Hello? Can you see me?" Drawing attention to herself certainly helped. She hesitated, blinking, looking around. Since when had the bay smelled this strongly of flowers?

Drinking? Are you going to a cafe or something near by or are you talking about the Bay water?

[He's not even sure if that is actually water sometimes, considering what happened some time ago.]

This one is talking about the water below this one's feet. [ blink. something wrong with that? ]

Cheza's eyes moved over to where she heard someone's voice. They seemed to have come out of no where, honestly. She was a little surprised and sat there for a few seconds, unsure of just what to say.

"This one cannot see. This one is just a flower." She kept her eyes on the other, waiting to hear a response.

This one does not understand... What are you trying to say?

This one...had been told that when this one arrived but... It did not make sense.

[ she frowns, looking worried ] There are no wolves then?

This one does not want to return home. This one wants to get to Paradise with the others.

[ blink. really? ] What is wrong with the water?

I don't know how clean it is...

[She pauses and shakes her head.]

I don't know where Paradise is either.

It's a little difficult to grasp at first, if you're not familiar with alternate universes or worlds. Try not to think about it too much - it'll probably give you less of a headache. [ Eheheh. ]

Hrm? Wolves? [ She looked puzzled. ] Of course there are - I hear them in the forests sometimes. Why wouldn't there be wolves?

"Cannot see?" Koishi seemed puzzled. "But you can see me now. You're looking at me." another pause. "Wait... You're a flower? Like a flower youkai? Do you know the nice green haired lady with the plaid skirt?"

Without really asking the little youkai leaned in smelling the air. "You smell like a flower. It's really really nice! I like it." Well, that's what she was after all... "Miss you shouldn't just sit in the middle of the water here though. It's nice water but you should see all the neat things outside." A pause. "Where is your amulet?"

To make her point, Koishi pulled hers out from under her shirt, pointing to it.

[ If Cheza drinks the water for an extended period of time, she may become extremely nostalgic and have a lot of flashbacks about the past. It may be better to find some water elsewhere.. ]

Did you seriously knock all of those brochures into the water? Did you at least watch the hologram?

[ Weiss sounds so annoyed right now. ]

Um, I might want to warn you that may not be the best idea. Last time that water showed memories. Sure that had something else in it, but still best to be safe than sorry.

Besides I'm not actually sure it's really water.

[Well, there was someone in need of help, so Takuto feel like he should try and help them out. He was a newbie once, so he knows it's tough.]

This place is Genessia. It's a world separate from our own worlds. No one knows how or why we came here, but so far no one knows how to leave.

There does not seem to be anything wrong with the water.

"This one was just thirsty when this one arrived." She gave a small smile, rising to her feet in a rather fluid motion. She's not looking at the amulet, but she is looking to where the other is still speaking, "This one has never had an amulet."

This one...would be okay seeing old memories. [ of course they look totally different in her mind because she's blind. she smiles though ]

How would this one be able to see it? This one is only a flower.

This one needs to return to the others... When will this one go back?

... I... suppose, but, I'm not certain I see the connection...

It wouldn't be the strangest thing a sentient being was made from.

[ She didn't know about Penny, but it wasn't like she didn't know they were working on artificial stuff like that back at home. SDC's heiress had access to a lot of information. ]
