She just so happens to be walking through the city, headed toward the Nova City archway by foot when she happens upon one of the flyers.

This. This is the kind of proactivity Satsuki really takes delight in seeing, though she can't recall hearing the name of Conan before. Perhaps a new arrival? So the flyer is slipped into her pocket with the intent of contacting later.

That's when she turns the corner and comes upon the boy placing a new one up- Satsuki, adorn in her usual military-styled uniform and sword hanging from her belt. Her stance is straight, her expression almost stone-like and one might guess her idea of fun involves boot camp. And let's not even get into the eyebrows.

"Do you work for Conan?"

"I am Conan." He frowns irritably up at her. He could guess exactly why the question would be asked.

Satsuki continues to look to Conan, though it isn't really easy to pinpoint what may be going through her head. It's certainly not the 'are you serious' sort of look he may be used to getting. But she doesn't seem particularly impressed either.

Eventually she does speak. "I am Satsuki Kiryuin, Guardian of Nova City." she starts, "I would like to know more about the 'mysteries solved' highlight. What size cases do you generally handle?"
