Okay, I think I have everything I need to actually start my plan.

For those who offered to help I will like you to reply and I will let you know in more detail what you will be doing. But the basics are I've split people into three teams. We have the distraction, the sneaky party and those I will simply ask to defend the city for one reason or another which if someone asks I will gladly explain.

This plan will hopefully be something I will do on the 23rd when I know for certain that everyone is in agreement with the plan which I guess we will go over again in a select location closer to the time, which again I will say when you answer me.

All I can say now is we will do our best and I'm sure we can save Sakura-chan and the city and even the feather.

I did scout out the place he's lurking a little while ago, so that should give us an edge at least. Count me in.

I'll collaborate with this plan, of course. Koishi's stealth capabilities and mental powers are second to none at causing chaos, and even the most perceptive won't be able to notice her until it's far too late. As for the Golden King's stone army, I'll send one of my own. Old Hell's strongest Oni are more than enough to grind those pathetic statues - and their master - to dust.

I would rather avoid chaos since this is already chaos enough as it is. However the stealth would be fine, but best to still wait until the distraction gets Gilgamesh away from the cage since I would need to do something anyway to get her out.

My sister's power excels at keeping her out of sight. In a way, she naturally blends into the background by passively excluding herself from their conscious minds. Her ability to manipulate this aspect of thinking creatures can easily stay below the King's attention, and this will make the crucial parts of this far easier. No matter how much of a peak human he claims to be, a human he remains.

But you seem to misunderstand my heavier reinforcements. Let me make it clear: The point of the Oni are mainly to provide a greater distraction to the King, so he will not notice the others taking part in our plan. This means that while the Oni are hard at work delaying his advance, Koishi may be able to conceal herself - and a small group of you - to rescue his hostage. Even if he detects her in some way, my sister's more than able to provide enough of a distraction to allow another to slip past him. I only ask that you bring her back safely to me.

Yuuko was elegantly stretched out on one of her couches, smoking one of her cigarettes.

"You're good at that, Fai-kun~ Motivating the troops against a common enemy and rallying people to your cause, I mean." Needless to say, in that particular case, it was a very important and worthy cause. Yuuko did want Sakura to be freed and to get her feather back. And although it wasn't like her to meddle, she was ready to make an exception for Clow's protégée. She could tell it was what was supposed to happen anyway.

"You should try and get elected as Guardian next time the opportunity arises."

She was joking, of course. She knew it wouldn't like Fai to volunteer do that. That said she still thought he'd be good at it. Maybe she'd give his name next time.

Well for the first part, I guess when I was having to do my job it was something I would have to do. [Not all that much though, but still.] As for being a Guardian... I do not think that would ever be a good idea. But I know you were joking.

I would still like to face him as well. Now that I have a better idea of what he's capable of, I can come up with a countermeasure. If nothing else, I can heal the other warriors out there.

But he's also capable of knowing what you are capable of. So I would not suggest you confronting him because of that reason.

However, there is a special team that mostly consists of me right now that I could perhaps get you involved in? We'll be hidden, but we will be supporting them through other means and would only reveal ourselves if absolutely necessary. Besides healers are best kept at a distance after all and could be tactical from a distance as well.

But if you insist on wanting to confront him again, I won't stop you, but I get the feeling Gilgamesh if cocky enough to target anyone he's already faced right off the bat if he has beaten them before.
