NEWSPAPER - BIWEEKLY EDITION
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Attack on Attleton
Recently there has been an attack on the city and people are living in fear of the cause. It has been reported that the guy who can only be called Gilgamesh sent an army in to attack. Reports have stated that he possesses something that can only be described as a feather and also has a hostage with him. Why he has a girly feather is anyone's wonder. Perhaps he just likes girly things. Or perhaps he's doing this because he is hiding something.
One can only wonder when will this end, but thanks to those who have been stepping up, we shall hope this will all end soon. One hopes.
Influenza Season
The flu has started making its rounds throughout all of the cities. It is common for this time of year, but Doctors are advising people make sure they take steps to avoid catching or spreading the virus. Steps such as the following.
- Make sure you wash your hands with soap and water or handsantizer.
- Try to avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread more easily this way.
- Try not to make close contact with others who may have the Flu.
- Make sure you get plenty of rest and exercise. Drink lots of fluids and eat healthy foods.
- If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue to cover your nose or mouth. Discard tissue after use.
- If you are sick with flu-like symptoms, stay at your home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone without the use of fever-reducing medicines.
The clinics and hospitals throughout the cities will all be offering Flu shots come October 1st. You can make your appointment today to avoid long waits. But hurry up, the longer you wait the less of a chance you will be able to get your shot in a timely manner. Genessia City Guardian David Haller has stated that he is going to try to set up a few mobile stations. He said he believes this can help to keep the hospitals from getting packed with people.
Tasty Trouble
A mysterious letter arrived leveling threats to poison the candy supply in Attleton for the upcoming Holiday. People aren’t entirely sure what to think. This could be a joke or it could be the second coming of the Candy Man or a copycat trying to live up to his legacy. The letter is the only substantial evidence that anything might happen.
The candy companies aren’t putting too much stock in the threats, though. They think it is a hoax and plan to ship out their candy as usual. It has been noted that the companies have also increased the security on their premises, so they aren’t being completely lax over the situation.

So me and my girlfriend went to this guy because we had something from the forest that we wanted. We heard he did this kind of stuff, so we went to hire him. He went in and got it and everything but…my girlfriend wouldn’t stop starring at him! This guy don’t seem to know how to close his shirt. Now my girlfriend is trying to make me get into shape so I have abs too. Good service, but don’t take your girlfriend with you if you hire him otherwise you will regret it!

So I go here to pick up the new expansion to Mana: The Grouping and the guy doesn’t have it yet! What kind of store doesn’t get their shipments early? I had to wait a full day to finally get it, but I hope the guy liked my business while it lasted, because I’m not going back again! Unless I have to.

I was initially put off when I went into this store. The sales clerk..looked really strange. But she was the only person working so..I had no choice but to get her help. I expected her not to know what she was talking about, but she knows her stuff! I wore the outfit she helped me assemble later that night and got asked out by three guys! I’m going back soon to get more outfits! I hope she is still working there when I do.

Laser Theft: A portable high-tech laser has been stolen from a technology company in Nova City. The laser so far as been used to break into several safes throughout the city. A level 3 payment will be given to anyone who returns it.

Vandalized: Storefronts through Everglade are being vandalize. Windows being broken, paint being splattered upon the walls, floor, doors, ect. No one has any clue who is doing this, but a level 2 payment will be given to anyone who finds out.
Fayren
Fur Of the Unicorn: A shop own in Fayren would like some fur from a Unicorn. He hears they have magical healing properties and would like to try them in some of his shops potions. He respects these mythical animals, so he doesn't want it killed in the process. But if it is killed, it isn't like he will know. He will provide a few doses of tranquilizers to help anyone knock out the Uniform if need be. Accomplishing this will net you a level 2 payment.

Snatcher: A purse snatcher has been making their rounds in Attleton. So far, he has stolen an impressive 23 purses over his weeks of activity. The people of Attleton want him brought to justice. A level 3 payment will be given to anyone who can capture him.

Flora isn't the only casualty; the fauna, though not dead, have also been affected. Many say their pets no longer have much spunk; their tales don't wag, they don't want to play. They don't even bark at cars anymore!
Additionally, people have found that their perishable goods are perishing far faster than advertised. Local grocers and retailers swear their stock is the same as it's ever been, and yet the expiration dates grow increasingly optimistic. Citizens are advised to stock up on canned and dried goods for the time being.

Warning: Graphic Murder of the Paperboy... Again...
Using a knife to cut the tendons in his shoulders, Sakuya slung the paperboy over her shoulder and carried her into the castle and into the throne room, eyebrow twitching as she noticed the broken window there too...
She resumed time, dumped him uncerimoniously at Dracula's feet and picked a rather large shard of glass out of her arm before bowing deeply. She held it for only a moment before vanishing without a trace to treat her wound.
