[After the Hellish Abyss that rained down during the horrors, Blake had spent herself, and her Aura's energy knocking out, slicing and keeping away the flying debris from the Shelter she and Hikari found themselves working at. She's jut glad the animals are alright but more importantly, the small girl.

Rubbing a towel on her cheek, she wipes the blood from her cheek and nose, gathering her breath with a small sigh.]

Never a dull moment it seems, huh?

Where there any fatalities? I certainly hope not, of course.

If there's anything I can do to aid, please don't be hesitant to ask.

[Sighs and gives a nod, rubbing the blood from her cheek before tossing her towel.] True; but even this is a little too much.

It just seems like pure chaos.

It really isn't as bad. At least his army isn't sucking out people's souls or emotions or whatever. And they aren't really hard to destory.

I guess that's one way of looking on the bright side of things.

Still a shame about the building destruction.

Yeah. I know it's going to misplace a lot of people until things are settled and repairs are completed. I don't even know if that city has any real sort of construction company.

Makes me wonder if perhaps there should be a group on call for something sort of like that. At least they could help with the emergency situations.

Yeah. It'd be even better if we could all get on the same page and stop in-fighting. Why would someone want to stir up trouble when we are all stuck here in the same situation?

That would be a more ideal situation but...judging from the experiences here so far, it's better safe than sorry yet still shoot for that goal of peace.

Mm, I also wanted to let you know I'll be looking for an apartment temporarily for all the animals that we had to evacuate until the Shelter is functional again. There's no way Weiss would allow them and I'd feel horrible having you stuck with them as well. The last thing I'd want to do is chase you off or annoy you.

I think it's Weiss that you have to worry about with the animals. I'm an animal person. [As in, he likes animals..not..him being a faunus. You know what he means, Blake.] Though if they were all tiny little dogs like hers, she probably wouldn't care.

I don't know that you'd have any luck with apartments, though. A lot of them might only let you have a few animals. You might come off better trying to rent a big space.

She had a rather large problem with some kittens so- you're at least right about that. [Wonderful play on words there, Sun.]

As much as I'd love to help the dogs as well- I don't...think I can. The bigger ones are kinda scary and the small ones keep barking

[Rubs her forehead, having not thought about that.] Ah you're right... I guess I'll try to find an abandoned building I can clean up for them.

She's clearly a dog person. [At least if the way she acted with her dog and how he heard she acted around Zwei was any tip off to that.]

It never fails to be cute how you can battle big ferocious things like Grimm. But tiny dogs? Way too scary.

[Wrinkles her nose.] Grimm I can handle because they don't bark at me like an alarm system going off.

[Looks visibly happy for a moment before mentally slapping herself to go back to her normal self.]

I'll never understand how your brain processes threats. Because Grimm literally try to kill you while puppies literally try to lick you and snuggle up to you.

A puppy has never done that. They've only growled and barked and tried biting me... Grimm are predictable and you know what they want to do to you. Dogs-- not so much.

I'd very much like that then. We haven't really seen or done anything thing together for a few months. Looking for an abandoned building might be fun.

Oh yes. I'm sure every girl loves being taken out on a date to look for an abandoned building. I'll take you on a proper one soon once everything is settled. Dinner and a movie. The whole thing.

Not a date date. There was too much crazy and running from giant robots for that to be considered a date date. [Not to mention he ended up having dinner with Neptune so..]

I don't know about romantic. He made me pay for my own food, didn't invite me into his bed or give me a kiss at the end of the night. So unromantic.

[Comes out of her bathroom dressed and ready to go, tugging her hair free from her scarf behind her.

The little kittens hardly move but give a mew to at least acknowledge Sun's presence.]

You really aren't a fan of the cold, are you?

Vacuo, remember? The place didn't exactly have blizzards in the winter time. Summer months are the best months for me.

Guess that's why you're always so warm, even just sitting there.

You're lucky in that regard.

That's true, but I'm going to be the one leeching heat off you when snow hits the ground. You can trust that.

Oh don't worry. I'll be doing the same thing.

I may like the cooler months but I hate being cold so, sorry if I become a bit smothering. Body heat's the best kind.
