[After some time, Gabriel decides to go ahead and announce his presence. Why in the hell not? Everyone else was doing it. He didn't know where he was. He didn't know who these people were. He didn't how he got here. He had just been stabbed through the chest by his brother. Screw it, he's retired.
So, the feed comes on to present a middle aged man who had the camera held out at arm's length, while he stood motionless with a smile and a thumbs up... It took him a second, but he eventually frowned and fumbled with the phone.]
It doesn't take selfies? Dude, that's lame.
[He adjusts the camera to show his happy face again.]
Hi, everyone! I have cash and a key to someone's apartment. Who wants to go get wasted and set something on fire?
[Thus is his mood.]

Gabriel glances behind him in confusion, but chooses to not dwell on that now... if ever. "I can guarantee that I can get to you faster, bro... If I knew my way around... I hate new things." He usually loves them so much.
He could probably just sense people and find them that way, but things were still a little too new and fresh for that one. Ah well. At least someone's willing to drink it all away with him.

Kinda downtown. He looks around at the skyline and-
Poof! Gabriel appears a few yards down the street. He looks around for the nearest soul until he spots Betelgeuse and raises his arms like a touchdown has been made before 'porting into conversation range. "Told ya."

He floated a bit closer to the other man, wondering what he was. He couldn't be an ordinary human, doing stuff like that.

"I'm up for drinking to anything. Afterwards, we can go get makeovers then set the stylists on fire with their hot irons." At least he had plans. This guy could use a little touching up, anyway.

"Gabriel, by the way," he happily introduced himself, following after his newest buddy. "Some poor souls just call me Trickster, though."

He's amazing at public relations.

Cause this definitely wasn't Earth or anything even remotely near it. Definitely not Heaven either. Hell? Well, it could always be possible, but he strongly doubted it.

Betelgeuse had just noticed that his companion had referred to humans as a group, without including himself, among other little clues.

Gabriel smirked and ran a hand through his hair. "I sure did. Guess you could say I have the name of the most handsome angel Heaven has ever known."
He wasn't sure if he wanted to outright admit who he was here. Probably wasn't a big deal, honestly. If his brothers showed up, what were they going to do about it? Other than... scare him to death...
Ah well. If people figured it out, then they figured it out. Besides, this BJ guy wasn't exactly ordinary anyway.

"Cool, cool. Yeah, I don't think living is the right word, among the dead, if ya know what I mean. I'm just a poltergeist, not an angel or anything. Not a lot of those around, where I come from, not even in the afterlife."
no subject
"Poltergeist? We got those around where I'm from. Strong, tricky little buggers." It's a compliment, really. "Not a bad line of work, if I may add."
He does chuckle. "Oh yeah. That's what the guys back home thought, too. Never know who's watching, amigo." In his case, it literally is big brother.

"Trust me, bro. Angels are way more bureaucratic than you think. They don't exactly ask for things in triplicate, but if it's not in the good book, it ain't a thing."

"I don't." Gabriel shrugs. So, he's a little bit more awesome than most of his brothers. No big.

He tried convincing his brothers before. It did not go well.
