[Action/Voice]
Action
[Waking up groggy is, by far, not exactly on the list of things that happens a lot in her life. Especially not when the feeling of what's around her is not the bed she's accustomed to or anything that's remotely familiar. For most it'd probably get them groping around trying to feel their way out, in 18's case it's more like she's on immediate hyper focus mode, knowing without a doubt that this is not where she was and this was not where she should be. Which means one of two things: This is a very vivid dream and she'll probably end up shoving someone off the bed in her actions or something has gone very, very wrong.
She's betting on the latter, given her track record.
Pushing herself up and out of whatever that was does she finally turn around to investigate where she'd been sleeping, brushing off her jeans as she does so. The fact this is a cocoon of sorts bothers her more than it probably ought to, but it does bring up some particularly disgusting memories she'd tried these past few years to suppress and forget for her sake more than anyone else's.
A small shiver runs down her spine at the thought before snooping further into the contents of the thing, the only important items seeming to be the contrasting box that must have been the pressure she felt on her chest from the beginning.
Rummaging through it she picks out the three items in it, stashing the necklace in a pocket as well as the pamphlet and turning over the walkie talkie in her hands.
Seems primitive enough technology, she might be able to get some sort of message out to figure out what in the hell is going on.]
Voice
[Being not someone of many words, this is a simple enough statement to get her point across.]
Answers. Now. [Well, okay, that works well enough.
Except for the fact she probably should take a look at that pamphlet thing, that's a great idea. So she leaves the message at that before coming back with a different one, having finally looked over something that looked kind of important.
Which begins with a sigh more than anything else, the attitude and anger present previously gone now.]
Someone mind filling in the gaps this thing leaves? I'm going to wander, but I'm not much of an aimless person. [May as well see what's outside of this cavern, right?]

[Voice... FOR NOW]
18!? Where are you? I'll come to you.
[Switching to video on her end]
When she hears the voice does she pause, taking but a moment to register who it is. Fumbling with the device she finds the video option, looking a little more relieved than she ought to.]
Wherever here is, still getting my bearings. [She moves it around just a bit to show the sight of a magazine stand.]
A bit more information before I started in on this mess would have been nice, but I can't complain that much. [Yet. She'll find something to complain about later that will really wear her nerves, she's sure.]
Stay there, I think I know where you are. I'll be there soon.
[And within an instant he's flying through the air on his way.]
Yeah, that'd be nice, but at least you know about as much about this place as anyone. Oh, Gohan's here, but he's the only Saiyan around.
no subject
I take it they aren't very forthcoming with information, then? [Understatement of the century, she tries not to wince at the Saiyan mention, but when she registers which name it is... Well, there was no reason to be upset about that. The kid had been fairly nice and polite, after all. Not like certain others she could name.]
He's the only one around here...? [Her tone holds a hint of concern to it, knowing full well he'll get the meaning behind it.]
[Video --> Action]
There's not a whole lot of information to be had. Nobody seems to know anything about this place or why we're here.
[He cocked his head for a second, noting the concern but... not quite knowing what she meant by it. He eventually settled on concern for 17, and shook his head once more.]
Nope, just you, me, and Gohan. Gohan seems to have been taken from just after he killed Cell. That was a little while ago for me though. Time seems to be... wonky here.
[He ends the feed there, but within two seconds, a smol husband sized bullet would be impacting 18, his arms squeezing her as tight as he could.]
It's so good to see you again...
Voice
[Asking for answers really isn't a question so Levy has no idea where to start otherwise.]
no subject
So it's not just someone thinking it was a good idea to kidnap me, that's... at least a bit reassuring. [Still questioning the logic of any of that, but it's not really her place to understand how anything remotely villainous works.
She takes a moment to look at the pamphlet proper, skimming it for the pertinent facts.]
Is this another planet or a different city, or what? [Straight to the point, as always.]
no subject
[The voice sounds pleasant enough and not to upset at her for being straight forward.]
Oh! Before you ask, I don't know how we get home. A lot of people are adapting here while we learn more. Jobs and living places.
There seems to be a barrier around this place.
no subject
But no, she needs to be mostly polite to continue getting answers, she knows that much.]
I don't have the time or luxury of being able to do that. What kind of barrier are we talking? Is it something that could possibly be broken? I'm assuming not, given people are adapting rather than acting.
no subject
[The one who was studying it vanished.]
I know a few have tried. There are really powerful forces working here.
Ah, hello. It's Gohan here.
[He bows his head before the camera for a brief second before returning his gaze to it.]
What gaps did it leave? I don't really remember what all the intro stuff covered. I've been here for a few months already.
