[ As strange as it was to tend to her own needs first thing waking up, Namamo has never been one to be held back by helplessness. While others may have struggled with grogginess, her senses grew sharp once she realized the only thing she could hear nearby was water. For the first time for as long as she could recall, she was truly alone. There were no Sultansworn nearby on bended knee nor a Scion to watch over her back from a distance. A shiver runs down her back at that thought as she quickly gathers the objects left with her and then whatever else she can shove in the envelope. Rocks, silk, whatever she can get her little hands on. If she's starting from nothing in a strange world, she'll need every item she can barter with on hand. A scrap of paper does little to persuade her of her safety especially when she she's covered from head to toe in riches. Large jewels adorn her clothing and if that wasn't enough to indicate her status, there was the matter of the ornamented crown atop her head.
While she feels she should make an attempt to stash it somewhere, not keeping it on her person leaves her more unsettled than anything else about the situation so she exits the Bay dressed as she arrived.
If she's caught early enough in the day, one can see her dressed in full royalty splendor as she rushes through the streets in an attempt to find a merchant or two with promised necessities. Later on, she will be dressed in childlike attire with a stuffed pack strapped along her back, rushing through the streets with her hands holding onto the straps tightly as if she's afraid of it being taken away.
Due to her size, it's very easy to accidentally run into her. ]

[ No matter what else has transpired during the day, Nanamo knows that she needs to reach out and see if there were any others from Eorzea within this realm. Friend or foe, it would be all too good to hear from any of them. ]
Pardon, may I have a moment of your time? [ Her voice is of a higher pitch, sounding every bit like a child. ]
I am Lady Lilira Lira from the city-state of Ul'dah. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I could use this artifact in order to find other like-minded individuals. Are there any other Ul'dahn natives that have been brought here against their will I could speak with or perhaps any other from Eorzea?
Even if you hail from another world, mayhaps you have happened upon another speaking of them? It would do my heart good to reconnect with a familiar face. It has been... a challenge thus far.
Furthermore there is the more drastic matter of survival without wealth. But how, pray tell, does one make a living in this city when one must first dispel misgivings bestowed upon an initial first sight?
And with those questions asked, I bid you enjoy the rest of your evening.

Right now, though, he's watching something on TV through a window display. He's so caught up in it that he doesn't sense the small bundle of energy headed his way, or pay attention to the footfalls.]
WHOA!
[When he gets bumped into, he instinctively throws a hand out. It lands on the sidewalk, and he's able to throw himself back upright. He looks around for who caused it...and sees someone no taller than he is. He bends down.]
Hey! Are you all right? It's not good to be running around like that around here.
no subject
Oof! [ He'll definitely have to bend down to see her while she's sprawled out on the ground. Good thing she's wearing a pair of shorts or else she'd be a little too un-ladylike. ]
I beg your pardon?
no subject
[Gohan's a bit surprised at the vocal response he gets.]
Um, I was just asking if you were all right. You kind of plowed into me, so...

Betwixt these streets and the Bay, I haven't much time to look away from the map I borrowed.
no subject
If you're reading the map, you should be more careful. Don't walk and read at the same time. Get to a corner, then stop, look at the map, and decide where to go then.

[ Stopping in the middle of the market seems like it'd get her run over by others more than anything else. ]
It's best to keep going no matter the circumstances.

Hello, I haven't met anyone from those places... I'm sorry.
[Her voice is soft but pleasant in tone and her own regret is noticeable.]
There are jobs you can get here for money. I opened a flower shop for that reason. [She isn't able to do much else and even with flowers she gets a lot of help.]
no subject
Oh! [ It's a delighted gasp of surprise, Nanamo quickly coming to terms with it happening and doing all she can to recover from it. Her childlike features are both pensive and curious, though there's a more experienced look in her eyes.
Almost as if she knows how to properly carry herself at any given time. ] Flowers..? Is it common to receive funding to start a business should one have the experience to do so?
no subject
[It's troublesome finding a good place for something like a flower shop since Terra required a greenhouse as well but the city had been accommodating.]
There is more information at the welcome center.

They had some trouble getting everything running after the spirit attack but last I heard it was fixed.
no subject
The spirit attack? Pray forgive my asking, but this is the first I'm hearing of an attack.
no subject
Honestly its best to stay out of the troubles unless you feel obligated to involve yourself.
no subject
Then she may be able to get creative enough. ] These sort of attacks are uncommon then? Could it been a result of something being brought here or was it caused by another thing entirely?
no subject
no subject
The barrier? Is that what keeps us safe here?
[ Or does it keep them trapped? Nanamo won't express that thought out loud even if she's thinking it. ]

[ It seems as though it would be a simple solution to someone like her though if it were that easy, wouldn't they have done so prior? No matter. The problem is one she shouldn't be focusing on now. ]
Never mind. My focus should be on my own problems, not that of this realm's. I assume the matter has been dealt with thus far by those with the experience to handle it.

[ At the end of the day, they only have themselves to look out for in this strange realm full of even stranger strangers. ]
Pardon my asking, but have you been here for very long? [ It sounds like it though perhaps her experience of matters that have come to pass was due to speaking with others, not living through them. ]

Where I hail from, we tell the time by watching the sun and the moon in the sky. I'm afraid I cannot tell what you mean by a month or three.
no subject
I don't actually know how the moon rotation works in genessia, I just follow what the date says on my phone.
no subject
The date on the phone? Is that what the numbers stood for? [ It seemed so simple of an answer and yet it took someone else pointing it out before she could consider it. ]

"Prayer would be lovely, thank you. I'm the sheriff of Everglade, and we could use all the prayer you can give. Specifically, pray that they'll repent from their abominable practices, and pray for wisdom to guide my hand during Everglade's darkest hours, which grow longer and darker continually." So dramatic.
voice;
I can't say I know of anyone from the world you are talking about, however I can tell you a few things you could do in ordr to get money from this world?
It all depends on what you would like to do?

These hands were born with a golden spoon eke to a wealth of luxury. I don't mind dirtying them through hard work, but a promise of success is impossible to ensure. I wouldn't know where to begin.

I humbly thank you for your aid in this matter. [ She says before anything else, expressing her gratitude above all. It's only proper. ]
Back home in Ul'dah, I amassed a collection of stuffed animals.
[ That's... not very helpful even if it's cute. They are so cute. ]
no subject
I am not sure how that will help you find work. Unless you had them to sell or something.
no subject
No, I suppose it would not. [ What else is there? Roles of leadership aren't so easily passed out, but aha! There's a thought. ]
I busied myself with trade and taxes so one could say I'm adept with managing numbers.
no subject
Well there would be a good few jobs one can do with being good at maths. Some jobs though might require other things, like a waitress is something you would also need to memorize things as well as adding numbers. But looking around I'm sure you cou;d come up with something.

[Well, the person who was responding to the Lady Sultana? She's right there, and she nearly collided with Nanamo.]
O-oh, hey there! You okay?
no subject
Y-Yes. [ Her voice cracks in that single response, but she wills the strength from years of being a leader to erase it from future remarks. This won't break her. ]
You were on here and then you weren't.
[ Was it magic or coincidence? ]

[Sein stops.]
Lilira Lira, right? I'm Sein, of the Saint Church of Mid-Childa... Which is a completely different world from this one.
... Yeah, this place does that. A lot.
