[When the feed turns on, it's a close up of a girl with black hair, red highlights, and silver eyes examining the device very carefully.]

...This thing on? I think this is... anyway. Uh, hi, I'm Ruby. I just woke up... here. Genessia, I guess it's called. The hologram of Weiss told me everything I really needed to know but it's a little... much to take in.

[She's walking as she talks, the sound of water sloshing making it obvious that she was still in the bay. She takes a second to collect something from the pod she woke up in, apparently having discarded the box containing the money and necklace until the hologram said otherwise.]

So, I figure Weiss is here if there's a hologram of her... so who else is here? I hope we're not the only... ones...

[She trails off as she makes her way to the exit of The Bay, looking out over the city, the camera lowering as her eyes go wide with a combination of nervousness and excitement, temporarily forgetting she's broadcasting. As she does, a fuzzy black and white head pops out of the backpack she's wearing, sticking his head over her shoulder and woofing softly.]

Zwei... I don't think we're in Vale anymore...

Yang, Blake, and Sun are here too. I need to know exactly what the last thing you remember is, and that you know that you know you can't have your old room back because I already moved my things in.

[ She means hi, Ruby.

Aaand apparently so does Frost. There's some high-pitched barking coming from off screen in response to the soft woof and Ruby's voice. ]

[Practically up on the roof at the mention of Zwei after she was checking her feed.]

Ruby. There's a handful of us here, actually.

... Cute dog!

[Sein blinks a bit.]

Er. Hi, by the way. Welcome to Genessia. Er. I guess you have local friends already?

From as soon as Yang saw the video, she was hopping onto her bike and blazing a trail straight for The Bay. Ruby would be able to see that large mass of hair as she tore down the street, the blonde coming to a stop so she could scoop up her little sister into a back-breaking hug.

"Ruby! You're here!" she shouted gleefully, though perhaps a tad muffled through her helmet before she pulled that off to reveal her face. "I missed seeing you so much baby sis."

[Ruby is going to make a confused face as Zwei tries to get a better look at the device when he hears the barking.]

Uh... we just went to relax after the White Fang let Grimm into Vale. What do you mean old room? ...And did I hear a dog?

[Such confusion!]

[Zwei is just going to yap happily as Blake shows up on the screen. Even if you can't see it, he's waggling his booty, Blake!]

Yeah, Weiss mentioned as much. [She scratches her head and rubs her eye.] How long have you guys been here?

[Ruby just blushes a little bit and grins at Zwei.]

Hear that? You're cute! [Zwei woofs in response.]

Apparently. The girl in the hologram is a friend of mine.

"Yang!"

It was definitely a comforting sight to see that trail of gold speeding forward. Ruby dashes forward to meet Yang, only to have Zwei use her shoulder as a springboard to launch himself at Yang.

"It's been just a couple minutes for me, but I'm sure glad you're here anyway. This whole place is kinda making my head hurt."

Yang's ruffling Ruby's hair even as she reaches out to grab Zwei, tucking him in against her chest so she could stroke the dog. "Yup, it gets like that. It'll be easy enough to get used to it though, with Blake, Weiss, Sun and me here."

"We even have a house apparently, I've not been here as long as Weiss or Blake, and apparently been in and out several times, but hey, there's a house."

Oh, you mean Miss Schnee? She seems neat enough.

It's definitely good that you have people to get started alongside. Much easier than... Uh, well, my entire situation.

[Sein shudders as she sees the bit of the Bay wall that she was blasted into a few months ago in the video.]

But I handled, and you'll be fine! I'm Sein.

[Hiss.]

Ah, I've been here a bit over a year but apparently Sun has been here for almost two. There were others but they've seemed to have gone.

You remember everything I do then, except for.. well, here. If a few people recognize you, it's because you've been here before and you just don't remember it. [ It'll probably be awkward, but Ruby's handled much more awkward situations. Usually self-inflicted. Weiss thinks she'll be fine. ]

Shh, Frost.

[ The dog seems to quiet down fairly quickly- Weiss was pretty good at training him, barring interference. After he does, Weiss leans down and picks him up with a single hand and holds the tiny dog up to the screen. ]

This is Frost, my dog. He doesn't have an Aura, so Zwei better not play rough with him.

Yang's motorcycle had nearly knocked Koishi's hat off of her head when it rushed past. Something that yellow? Moving that fast? Well she was feeling pretty good today so she HAD to investigate! Unfortunately she was a lot slower than the bike and it took some time to catch up.

By the time she got there the bike was parked, Koishi floating along and looking for the person who was riding it. Fortunately she didn't have to go far and she was already stopped and talking to someone who was probably a newcomer-

... Doggy!

Just as quickly Zwei vanished from Yang's arms, cuddling the little animal close and nuzzling her face into his fur. At the very least this would make Koishi very easy for the girls to see.

"Oh my gosh! You're so tiny and cute and fuzzy and cute and tiny! And you have the happiest face!"

As in Weiss Schnee, right? I take it you come from the same place as she does?

[Later that day of Ruby's arrival, Troy continues on with his reconnaissance of the city. He's still mulling things over about creating a subarchway to his homeworld. It was a hefty decision, so he's taking his time. He's still hoping other Spiral agents would come here to find a way out, but it looks like what Weiss said is true - there is no way out. This was a first for him in all of his multiversal travels, and it was bumming him out internally. Troy is heading back to the hotel he's currently staying in. He took the path next to the park where Ruby and Zwei are at, just for the heck of it really, and he doesn't want to garner attention for himself by jumping off roofs just to get back to his hotel quicker.

Troy turned his back towards the park and waited for the crosswalk light to change when a frisbee was headed his way, coming in at great speed towards his head. Without looking, Troy caught the frisbee in mid flight just as it reached his personal space. He turned afterwards to where the disk came from, and seeing Zwei coming towards his position. He didn't want a dog glomping at him, so he kneels down and gently extends his hand with the frisbee.]

Here ya go.

[Troy smiles as he looks at Zwei]

Well you're pretty fast for a pup with stubbly legs. What the hell does your owner feed you?

[Hikari can't help but smile at the cute little thing.]

That's a cute dog you have, miss.

[Ruby seems to brush the potential awkward situations off for the most part, focusing more on the tiny dog Weiss was now presenting. It was so cute and tiny, and was just prefect for Weiss. She had to keep from squealing into the camera.]

Don't worry, Zwei will be on his best behavior. Won't ya boy?

[Woof!]

Wow that's... I just remember seeing everyone a few minutes ago. The important thing is that we're here now though I guess. We can figure out the details later.

Yeah, she's a friend of mine from back home. Feels weird to say that...

Nice to meet you, Sein. I'm Ruby.

It took a second for Ruby to register that someone else was there, and when she did she nearly jumped onto Yang's shoulders. Even so she gave a startled squeak before edging forward slightly before disappearing in a flurry of rose petals, materializing a moment later with Zwei in her arms.

"Uh... H-hello? I'm glad you think he's cute and all but, it's not really nice to grab someone else's dog without permission."

Yeah, we're teammates in school back home. She's the W in team RWBY.

[As soon as Ruby saw the frisbee heading toward the street, she vanished in a flurry of rose petals, materializing behind Troy just as he turned around. Of course she was thankful he did, so he didn't see her awkwardly flailing for a frisbee that had already been caught.]

Just normal dog food. Dad says there's something in the water though considering how he, my sister, and I turned out.

[Zwei yaps happily as yet another person comments on his appearance as Ruby reaches back to scratch him behind the ears.]

Thanks. I'm rather partial to him too.

It certainly wasn't hard to notice when Zwei was suddenly out of her hands and into another's. Especially when that another was a small girl floating in the air.

It did bring a small smile on her face to see Ruby's Semblance in action again after so long. "Well...that's one way to greet us. Though Ruby is protective of Zwei so might not be the best idea."

The idea of a floating girl with green hair, purple eye-thing, and ability to phase in and out of perception certainly had Yang's mind figuring out who was before them. "You must be...Koishi right? Weiss told me about some of the important people here."

Koishi blinked, staring down at her hands and turning in a circle, smelling the air. "Roses! You can make the air smell like roses! I can do that too! It's the best!"

Fortunately Yang caught her attention before she had a chance to fill the area with colorful, floral scented ordnance. She blinked at the blonde, looking rather surprised. "Yeah! I'm Koishi! Have we met before? It's nice to meet you if not. Ah! It's strange being recognized!"
